I can never quite figure out if the audience of folks who hate watch these movies so they can cheer on the humans do it purely because they think it's funny/to be edgy or if they genuinely think mass industrialized corporate greed and the military-industrial complex are, like, good? and not horrifying ? Don't get me wrong, I love spaceships and big robots and industrial machinery and big explosions as much as the next guy, but it's just... I dunno. The planet we live on (which unlike Pandora doesn't have a psychic nature goddess coordinating all of its creatures) is the only feasibly inhabitable planet we have or are ever likely to have, full of millions of unique species and thousands of unique cultures, languages etc. and yet you have folks cheering on the guys who represent everything wrong with human management of the Earth and its resources. I dunno, it's just sort of... sad, I guess.

The part where Quaritch was holding Kiri hostage, that made realise that Quaritch is a psychopath. If you don’t know what a psychopath is, it’s a mentally unstable person that has a lack of empathy, a lack of conscious and lack of remorse. A psychopath can always enjoy violence and have feelings towards others but only care themselves, like when Quaritch said Spider is not his son, that explains Quaritch doesn’t care about his son, all he cares about is himself. A psychopath can also be manipulative because Quaritch is very manipulative like how he manipulated Jake in Avatar 1, how he manipulated Spider and how’s he gonna manipulate the Ash People in Avatar: Fire and Ash. I learned all that psychopath stuff from the GTA 4 Dimitri video from The Professional. Both Quaritch and Dimitri are both evil and ruthless villains. I think both Shredder and Megatron are also evil and ruthless villains.
