Been playing maul leader since he came out with a similar deck list to your Kylo and Asaj is insane if you can exploit her out late game with ruthless raider after it's attacked. Small combo but it has punched through that last bit of damage and gives you control when to sack the raiders.

People laughed when I traded an extra Luke and extra vigilance for a showcase Fennec. I knew she had potential I just need someone smarter than me to make it work. lol

Been having lots of fun with a Mace Red list. It's like a deck that has a gas pedal, and you win if you press the gas pedal the right amount based on your opponent, but you totally lose if you get that wrong. Aggro you control with damage based removal, slow decks you aggro through, and hard control you discard the ever living crap out of them. I legit play Smoke and Cinders in the sideboard, and it does some serious damage to Bossk Blue players who think themselves safe with a hand of 9 cards.🤣

Not properly assessing my role is the number two reason I run into trouble in my matches (with number one simply playing someone who is a better player…). I have started making a point of regularly asking myself, “what is my role here?” at the start of each game and at various key points. When playing casually, I always ask my opponent what they think our roles are so we can compare notes and discuss. Great video, Matty!

Further showing why subscribing to KTOD was the best game decision I ever made! Great advice as always and will be looking at my deck tonight with these concepts in mind

Thank you, Matty, great video. The pause in the aggro rush makes complete sense. Until now, I hadn't considered it due to ignorance and watched as my deck ran out of steam.

Love the discussion about 25 hp vs 30 hp bases especially - an extra factor that can drastically change and inform what role you are taking at various points throughout the game

Love the video. I'd also like to point out that adept players may see your bait on the 2-of bait. A good example is how Matty says he plays a DJ on three-resource turns to make late-game leader players think you don't have another in hand. The unfortunate other side of that coin is that these stronger players will know that you would always resource a DJ, possibly even skipping on him as a 3-resource play because of how strong the tech-DJ resource snatch turn truly is. They read that you have another because you would definitely prioritize resourcing the only one you have.

Turn 1 double Political Pressure is pretty great at reducing the opponents options. Especially if you can follow up with a Turn 2 exploit should they choose to give you the droids
