How do you decide how many copies of a card to have in your deck? I'm always torn between having more options/variety in my deck versus having more consistency.
My general rule is: 3: I want to see 1.5 per game with no additional draw 2: I want to see 1 copy most games 1: I want to see it every other game or so

What i would like to see is building on a budget with no rares/legendaries, and still be somewhat compedtive.
