@@ktodmatty In the biggest tournaments we've seen the only tournament featuring qi'ra in the top 8 is gencon when wooo piloted her. She's consistently failed to make top 8 at any important tournament outside of gencon. She's strong but a deck that consistently loses at the top level of competition isn't an s tier deck. I would reserve s tier for the decks that always top 8. (sabine green, han blue, boba yellow, palp green), if it cant crack the top 8 consistently its probably just a high A
Love the content! I have been playing Quira quite a bit, and I know you have her top tier, what am I missing with her not converting ? Top 8s show she doesn’t make it in. What’s up with that ?

I appreciate your feedback. I think this game is very pilot dependent which makes tier lists like this difficult. A skilled qira pilot has a chance in almost every matchup and in my opinion is a tier but you’ve cited some results that might say otherwise so I get the hesitation. I don’t put as much stock in how it did as a whole across all pilots and internal testing leads me to believe she’s still extremely strong
Also worth mentionning that people mostly play ECL with Qi'ra which does make her significantly weaker against aggro. I Qi'ra with 30 Hp base and well piloted has a good MU vs aggro. With all that being said if the meta turns hard control Qi'ra might struggle as a result.
Oh I agree with you both. She’s definitely very strong and pilot-dependent. But the fact that Boba and Sabine have consistently occupied a large population share of every tournament and have boasted strong win rates in every matchup just proves that those 2 decks are in a tier of their own. While I think Han Solo and Qi’ra are both very strong, they have been performing objectively worse and have not proven themselves like the 2 aforementioned. :)
@@BuffaloRider32 if this was : objective analysis of meta results tier list I would agree for sure. However, have no doubt a skilled qira can rise to the top of any event. The ktod crew has a few devestator mats to prove it.
Dr Aphra with stolen landspeeder and unlicensed Headhunter is INSANE... everyone should be laying it. S Tier for a fact!! Make it, play Volunteer soldier maindeck and you are sorted to win any tournament.
I put soooo much work into developing that Fennec tarkintown aggro deck and got her to 50/50. The ability is great but she just dies immediately on flip. There's some cool stuff you can do but she just can't get an edge late game. I honestly only got her to 50/50 because I put so much time into it.
Boba leader is a problem. Whether people say “learn the match up” or “play better or counter deck” isn’t a valid argument for a leader with an insane ability FOR FREE and over stated for his cost. 100% needs a ban 😂
As someone who has tried Fennec Yellow - it just comes off as a worse Villain Boba or Old Han deck. I think you need to go outside of yellow to get some cards to help highlight her ability. Blue has things like Kanan Jarus, Green has Sundari, and Red has the whole Set 1 Heroism package. I've personally been rocking pretty hard with that red hero core, but I think any other aspect will play Fennec better than double yellow.
Im still perplexed at the lack of play the fast Kylo-Yellow deck is getting. And I think there is a double green Hunter I am playing that should move it up at least one tier.
This needed a F tier bc fin and fennic are not the same bad. People are sleeping on mono red kylo it is easily the fastest deck in the game. Great vid!
I don't think you're giving vader the justice he deserves, you only mentioned green vader which i agree is B but vader control is such a strong deck and wasn't mentioned anywhere, dont think its S tier but i think its definitely A

Do you mean against the field or in a heads-up vs.? I believe you're wrong on both counts, the field is a bit harder to determine. But in the 1v1 I don't even know how you get to that conclusion you have a blank leader(iden) vs 2 game warping abilities (Qi'ra)

bobas turn 4 is way too strong. Getting 8 resources turn 4 for free with no ramp is what makes him nutty. Midgame he flips a switch
I'm trying to put a Fennec yellow deck and it's not easy. I get some wins in weekly plays with finn though

OG Han is S tier. Double yellow is hard to pilot but extremely versatile and very favorable against control. OG Han Green is no slouch either.
