I'm first born of my dad's & middle of mom's. Raised with mom & unfortunately became a first because older siblings were removed from home when I was 5 years old. And to top it off I married a middle child.

One thru four weren't bad(except the end of four), but when you whipped out the supernatural goggles and started looking through them you lost me, and any rational human.

They may not have meant it but they used a weird way to put marriage at the beginning: "We just believe that when we get marriage right, it makes every other part of life just stronger and better as a result." Same thing could be said for Jesus. Sounds like they've made marriage an idol with the way they speak. Jesus comes before marriage.

I have been married for almost 31 years and my husband will not change. He will go to church ever Sunday , but his heart is not in the right place . I've tried to talk to him about things that bother me and he could care less. I'm not perfect either. I have my flaws . We don't fuss and fight . We just don't talk . There's has been times where I've lost my cool with him and he needed to be fussed on . It could have been something that happened years ago and he holds a grudge for ever . He's always had control of the money . He will make sure I spend all of the money I made and if I ask him for money for some gas to get to work for an example... He gets so mad at me . I have heard him say every day since we've been married ( we're broke ) !! I don't have any money !! I've been with him long enough to know when we are really broke and when he's just lying about money . He's selfish and stubborn . The only person that can change him is God . I have prayed for God to change Charles' heart and for him to love me for years . He can build a house from ground up, but he will not fix nothing around our . It's falling a part. I told him , " Charles, you are gonna have to get this roof fixed on this house or we're not going to have a roof over our heads . He has told me the more you want me to do something...... the more I mean I'm not going to do it . I live in hell . He knows I have no where else to go , so that means he can treat me how ever he wants to . See..... Charles has been married once before me and no I did not cause their divorce . He gave her everything and it wasn't never good enough. They were only married for about 6 yrs . They had 1 son. They got a divorce when he was only 13 months old . Charles and I got married when we got pregnant with our daughter . Charles is also 10 yrs older than me . All of that has been a challenge , but I had so much hope and dreams for us , but it hasn't happened yet . I know this is too long and I'm sorry . I wish he would listen to this podcast and listen to what God tells him to do . I will follow him all the way if he'll change . I'm gonna be a Christian no matter what . But I want to be able to grow too and learn how to deal with things like this .

Jesus met the lady at the well who had several husband's and was living with the current one. Keep your eyes on Jesus aren't His words so full of life. And the one caught in the act. I do not condemn you ... go.... and sin no more. Become whole healed saved delivered. That's a new beginning a new life. That's what His blood paid for.

This is something I was recently delivered from. Had it not been for my wife speaking life into me and praying for me I'm not sure where I would be. We serve a mighty God!

Please, people, read Leslie McFall's free PDF book (597 pages and the short version is 89 pages) downloadable, titled THE BIBLICAL TEACHING ON DIVORCE AND REMARRIAGE. People need to stop acting like they just can't be alone and/or without sex if their marriages breaks down. it's ridiculous and sending a lot of people to hell, I believe, if they don't learn what they should have learned as a child, adolescent, teenager, young adult - SELF CONTROL!!

Jesus never made any loophole for getting a divorce. Divorce is not God's institution; divorce is a fiction created by man to appease man's flesh plain and simple. If you leave your spouse because of abuse of some kind, any kind, your only option is to REMAIN SINGLE if you don't reconcile with your covenant spouse. REMAIN SINGLE and keep your soul out of hell.
