I LOVED HER SO MUCH BECAUSE OF THE SAME POINTS YOU MENTIONED! I have her PANDEMONIUM scene winning frame (her most epic moment IMO) tattooed in my forearm. I love how she is strong but still feminine, she is smart but still naive, she is a female but gets respected as a leader without instilling fear. Her backstory is complex. I love her so much! Edit: A little sad that her character is in a barely MID anime, but I guess that's what makes her standout.

Toji forever impacted Gojo and the entirety of the story of JJK. Simply a GOATED character. The fact that he bested, traumatized, and influenced a change in Gojo puts him at the absolute PEAK when it comes to JJK characters. Great video my guy!

Pain arch is personally important to me because i watched naruto since i was a kid, and the pain arch was the first time naruto won something no one of his teachers could won for him, he became dependable, i watched this arch as i became 21 and got my first job and starting helping me mon financially, for the first time she could depend on me

All villains that were convinced by the naruto talk, were never villains, they were sensible kids that lived lifes rough enough to have an objective of never suffering again, they built fortresses arount they hearts to prevent suffering, and created cynical objectives to avoid confronting reallity, its not that Naruto convinced then, they were fighting themselves to not belieive the same, Naruto just made it even harder for then until they couldnt keep anymore, just imagine, you have all your childilsh naive goals, and life make you put aside all of then to live this cold heartless reality, until you met this childish naive young man full of hope repeating the same words you used to say, you feel enraged by the shame you feel of what you become so you punch that man to shut up, but he stand it, and say it louder to you, you punch him even more and he refuse to fall, until you start to wonder that maybe you cant defeat him, and intimatly you started roting for him, you start to feel like you want to be in his side, imagine how painful is to confront someone who believie in the same things you onced believied but you felt you should forget then, but he didnt, like archer said in unlimited blad works: "So cruel, its like fighting the image of an old mirror" Naruto didnt convinced none of then, it wasnt persuation, he just endure all the frustration they wanted to put out and remains on his feet to continue the job, is the only thing they needed believie in their goals again

In the late 90s, as children, we didn't have the internet to tell us about these characters. No wikis. So, during the intro to DBZ in English, we saw Trunks standing there. But we were all like, "Who the hell is that?!" and "He looks like a badass, swinging his sword while being a Super Saiyan." Finally, after the Frieza Saga and waiting over a year for new episodes to be released, one afternoon on Toonami, he popped up on a Thursday afternoon episode. And we all had to wait an entire weekend, until the following Monday, to finally learn who this fella was. Even after that, we had to wait until Goku appeared to find out his origins, and it blew our adolescent minds.

Toji is the whole reason why the entire Culling game is possible. By killing the star plasma vessel he became the most important villain of the anime/manga. He enabled everything else to happen.

That Promised Neverland 1st ep is definitely one of the best hooks i've ever seen in any anime. It's a shame I've heard S2 is absolute junk. Zombieland Saga, Psycho Pass, Akame Ga Kill, Made in Abyss, One Punch Man, A place further than the universe, Aldnoah Zero, Hajime no Ippo, Mushoku tensei and the tragically underwatched Akudama Drive have excellent 1st eps that showcase the worldbuilding as well as clear protagonist motivations to get you invested.

I always thought Lelouch from Code Geass was one of the best "villains" in anime that I've seen, since he to some degree is the very definition of a good villain as in he was and frankly is the world hero it's just that the world to move on needs a villain and someone to blame so he decides to take that role on for himself. Of course there are other iconic villains as well.
