@@TWknives it’s a pair 🤝
Where did you find this knife for sale? I've been looking for this jigged mcnees 3.5 but can't ever catch it in stock anywhere.
@@Rammer_Jammer I grabbed it from the mcnees knives Facebook group. There’s all kinds up for sale usually and parts as well. Hope that helps ya find one!
Can’t beat great blades and nature!!
@@bigjsknives nothin but facts there man! Appreciate you
Sweet knives and slips.
Great discussion, brother! It is so important keeping a healthy balance of life and hobby, making sure to have your priorities straight. That deathbed analogy is a great way to put it in perspective. Sweet carry! That GEC is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!
I envy you in that place brother!!
@@Hunting4Hookers it’s heaven on earth brother I can’t believe I’m here most days
@@DoggoneJohn live it up brother!!!!! Would be nice!!!👊🏻😁

@@Tarheelsteel thank you sir! Glad you’re digging them. Gives it a fresh and personal look
Haha! Love the olive cuts 😊that was cute!!!
Hah thank you 🙏🏼
Nice knife. I hate I got deep into Traditionals after seeing this. But I feel you on a few videos back when you stated when you see a knife and either it does or doesn’t do it for you. I am there in my collecting as well. Thanks for sharing Michael
Thanks buddy, I always like a good balance of styles so I have some nice moderns and traditional. You can always switch things up and shuffle the deck. Thanks for watching 🤘🏼
I’m a believer!!
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Oh yeah! You have the right idea!!
Thanks buddy!
I have a case Barlow with the pocket worn gray scales. It’s a gorgeous color
@@UpstateNYbladecollector it really is! Happy to hear there’s another fella enjoying them.
That Spyderco is absolutely sick
@@PizzaLuva4Ever it’s a beauty for sure. Love the new look
This makes me happy! Seeing friends acquire grails and dialing in their collection! No fluff in sight!

They’re everything I wanted and then some. Thanks man. The blanket is a modern classic. Mcnees…. Nuff said haha. Thanks again, very pleased
That micarta!!🔥
Crazy right!
Great thoughts and input on the hobbies! It’s always good to do a little self inspection on things , an wellness check on ourselves! Fantastic carry man, freaking love that 35 with ox blood covers!!
Nice USA carry! 🎆🧨🇺🇸
Thank you!
I know what you mean, I have always been into motorcycles, guns, hunting but never collected knives but always liked and had them. I even thought collecting was silly. I dropped motorcycles because of the risk and now I’m apparently a knife collector and can’t believe how much I have spent on it!🙄😂 I have not disclosed that to my wife but we are in a place where it’s not impacting our finances. I also expect to dial it back some but just ran across some old stock and pretty good deals.
Word!
Some nice colors on that blade. Have a great day!
Sure is! I just cleaned it up recently though. You do the same!
I hear you all too well. God bless you and your family I make sure my family comes first. Thank you very much for reminding me. Have a wonderful evening brother
Same to you Jason, happy to help anyway I can. Have a great one ✊🏼
Great review of a good knife. I'm happy you could get one. 😊
Thank you! I’m very happy about it too 🤘🏼
Good subject 😊
Appreciate it! Just something that was on my mind lately.
Good points. I have had those moments myself brother. Women sometimes don’t understand how we’re “wired” but I have found that learning moderation can be a big help, might be difficult, but stepping away when you see it may be affecting a relationship is key, in fact it shouldn’t get to that point in the first place, but it does. Thanks for this time out talk brother. You are wise beyond your years my friend. God bless.
Dang man thank you for all that. Yeah it’s a miscommunication but knowing each others boundary’s well and keeping in moderation will pay dividends years later and only keep things stronger together. Appreciate you dropping by to listen! Means a lot. Be good man 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Amazing video brother! Taking a break from RUclips has definitely helped ground myself to the things that really matter! I got so caught up in trying buy the coolest gear to put on the channel with no substance. Trying to set my priorities and goals for where I want to go with my channel! I’m not quitting RUclips, I’m just trying to find a better, healthier, and more beneficial way to do it! Keep up the great work brother! I’m proud of you!
Thank you my dude, yeah it’s necessary to take a step back sometimes for sure and it’s almost always beneficial. It’s easy to tap yourself out creatively and definitely financially in the edc community. Glad to hear your looking down another path brother ✊🏼 appreciate what you said. Proud of you and your progress too 🤘🏼
Great video! I'm in that hard-to-break time , where my next knife is a mouse click away.
That’s a slippery slope for sure man. I appreciate you watching and hanging out with me for a minute. Stay strong with it and just remember what’s important. All the best ✊🏼
Hey buddy, I wanted to say thank you for this video. I’ve been pretty heavy into case and GEC knives the past year, and honestly I think I’m going overboard. Everyday I’ll look at FB or EBay to see what’s new and although over time I’ve gotten good deals, but my spending habits are not healthy. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m going to downsize my collection and look what’s around me instead of in front of me. I really needed to hear this from someone, thanks and have a good one.
Hey friend, I appreciate you hanging with me here a minute and listening to what I said. I wish you all the strength and courage to break that habit. Just never lose sight of what’s important and meaningful in your life. I’m happy to hear it resonated with you. Be good man 🙏🏼🤘🏼 you got this
Good talk and advice Brother! Love that GEC
Thanks brother appreciate that 🙏🏼
To piggyback off big J’s comment, I too have been married for a Long time, we support each other and our hobbies and we are raising 4 children, youngest 12 oldest almost 17. And I totally agree, and I believe social media drives everyone’s FOMO or desire to acquire, we want “most” of this stuff just so we can show it off… I’m guilty too. My wife asked me once when I was telling her about a knife I wanted, she said do you really want that or are you just trying to scratch the itch? And in a lot of cases I’m just buying to be buying and to have something new to POST. Recently as I talked about in a recent video, I have stopped buying collection filler and have narrowed my focus to older vintage knives and stag covers. That way I’m buying more quality stuff. Also I’m not buying much these days, doing way more trading which is a blast, especially if you have some good trade partners. Anyway , totally agree with you, priorities must be set and followed and everyone will be a little different, but always family first
Absolutely buddy, I’ve seen some of your tribe online and I’m really happy to see it for you man. That’s definitely a good way to keep in your interests and still have control over your life and money too. That’s where I’m at just trading and being real picky with what I’m after. Anyway I appreciate you dropping by and chatting dude. Keep on keeping on!
@@DoggoneJohn absolutely, my pleasure brother! Same to you!
Awesome looking carry brother, I really like that bone on the GEC!
Thank you sir! This bone color is one of my absolute favorites too. Cheers
Insane how similar our knife tastes are 🤣 LOVE IT
It really is! I wouldn’t know what I love if it wasn’t for you and Erica man. GEC and k390. What more does a fella need. 😂🤝🤘🏼
Great video!! I've been with my wife since i was 19, we raised 2 men together. The only thing i know is that i had a handful of deer rifles/shotguns and a handful of knives up till i was in my 40's. My family, work, and coaching youth was pretty much my priorities until our youngest was a Sr in high school (he had a great plan and has since followed it and started his career). Since then I have pushed my collection but figured i had put in the time/work to do so. I'm blessed that my wife supports me in my hobby and I support hers in these later years.
Thank you sir. You know exactly the right balance then! It takes a lot to juggle life but I am sure happy I have my better half in this thing with me. Wouldn’t be who I am without her. Appreciate you J
