I was lucky enough to pick these up when they came out. They are great, but a little to big/heavy for me to carry everyday. I personally think the 86 works better as a single blade, but thats just IMHO. I'm glad you were able to get the one you wanted. I love the video and your channel. Keep it up buddy
Charlie (surname pronounced Cam-Pan-Ya, it's Italian) is a Harness Jack fan, rather than an #86 fan first and foremost - he's had Harness Jacks made on several different frames over the years, my favourite being his 10th Harness Jack, made by GEC on the Northfield #35 frame back in 2016. I chose the Ebony version of this one because I'm a sucker for ebony, but that smooth white bone looks fantastic - too bad I couldn't afford both! The secondary backspring sits just a hair proud in the open position on mine, and the rear spring terminations aren't completely aligned, but otherwise the knife is flawless. It's a great blade combination too - something to cut with and something to poke with - some call it a Half Scout. The correct name for the shield is the Empire shield. 'Pistachio Pinchable' - love it - about a 7 on mine, just where I like it.
That is an absolute beauty buddy I just got my first 86 the other day I got the bull hide carver and I love it I didn’t really know how I’d feel about the size but it just feels like a tank and I love it

Great knife for sure, I've personally always preferred the Black Jack but love the punch on these!
