With a degree in English, Michael has always had an affinity for storytelling. And while he accepts his mediocrity as a storyteller, he idolizes a good story wherever it can be found -- from books to magazines to RUclips -- and often appreciates the style of one's writing more than the actual subject that it conveys.

He picked up his first GoPro a few years ago and decided to finally start documenting the trips that he had been taking for decades. Filming can be a beautiful art form and the perfect complement to words.
