He Tortured His Special Needs Brother to Death
Inside a Michigan home, Timothy Ferguson spent his spare time exploring his creativity with legos. The 15-year-old boy had special needs and found his creative outlet by building his masterpieces piece by piece in his bedroom. However, Timothy's fun would be cut short for what his family deemed to be "punishment." Ultimately, the punishment turned into torture and would lead to his tragic death in July 2022. What investigators uncovered would disturb detectives working on the case. Timothy's older brother, Paul Ferguson, became a prime suspect in what prosecutors called the worst case of abuse they've ever seen. It may very well be that he is completely innocent, but I'm not convinced of that yet. I also don't think she killed him intentionally. Again,I couldbe completely wrong. To me,I'd say manslaughter.

    This Nasty piece of crap Vanda reminds me of Rose West, If you not heard of Rose West and love True Crime look up who Rose West is, I see similarities in Vander and Rose, Which brings me on to imagine Vander had another person in her life life a Fred Rose, Or a sick twisted male partner, There would be more victims than Timothy, What Paul and Vander done is WW2 Nazi camp Evilness, Vander and Paul would of been top tier Prison Guard for a Death camp if they was in Europe during WW2, When Paul says he would trade places with Timothy in a Heart Beat is the biggest lie of all, Paul is getting Married to some woman who is thinking of Novel or some True Crime book, With the title saying, How I fell for a convicted murderer or something original like that, There is defiantly a motive for attention wanting to marry a dude like Paul, Irony is Paul do look a bit Alienish, lol, Joke by the way, Paul just looked like a dude on Crack lol, I seen people with class A drug addiction with more weight on them than Paul did so there is definitely something wrong with Paul's brain, Almost feels like Paul is too childish in his brain to be able to be properly intelligent, But Paul is intelligent enough to understand that what was being done to his brother is messed up and wrong, In fact a ten year old can see that what Paul done is torture, Plain and simples, I want Paul to feel what it feels like to be in so much pain from hunger even walking is impossible, What happened to Timothy is nothing short of Systematic Torture by the hands of the very people who should be protecting Timothy, Nobody can understand how Timothy was feeling or thinking if timothy could even think at all, Timothy was probably seeing things that wasn't even there, Before Timothy passed away unless you have been close to Death from the same punishment, The World was against Paul the second Paul was born into this world with a disability that will dictate Timothy in later years, It breaks my soul to hear about this Evil nasty crime, Timothies Dad should never of let Tim go to Vander in the first place by the sounds of it, And to think there is calls online where Vander and Paul is moaning about Prison food, I guess that is the Narso part, Someone should send some vids into Paul of how the VR world is making Manga in games that is out of this world, lol, I will say though the Quest 2 is bad ass, Hey at least Paul got a tablet to make calls on, That alone is more than his brother ever had, I don't think prisoners should be allowed to play games on a tablet while in jail for violent crimes, If the tablet is for learning though, It is hard not to let a Prisoner have one as everyone deserved the right to learn new skills or thought plan into gaining new skills, I do Sim Racing to help with Anxiety I suffer from, I also got Complex PTSD, So going to environments with people I don't know I am still finding hard, I needs to use a toilet before I go to a shop at night, I now know where crapping yourself comes from, it is crap though having bad toilet problems because of mental health, I still struggle to understand why my body reacts like it do when put in certain situations, So Sim Racing is the only game I can play that isn't effecting my body, The amount of violence in some of the VR games is going a bit too far, Games like resident evil. There is no way I could put my head through that, And the Quest 2 is the VR headset I can get along with, It got 2 little holes at the bottom by the nose, Giving me the ability to understand it is just a VR lol, I do wonder if Violent offenders can be shown in VR how the crime they have done is messed up, But then some people have not got the ability to hold in violent actions, But I find Sim Racing helps with Anxiety, So if they was to use Sim Racing in a Jail setting as something to be done on good behavior, Given a chance to be a pro race driver, I bet the Jail got some really good drivers lol, I would like to set up a Sim Rig in a Jail but there is no way with the CPTSD I suffered with will I be able to put myself in the jail environment, But anyone reading this involved with Prison's, Set up a Sim Racing scheme for well behaved prisoners, A Jail Sim racer ain't been done on You Tube yet, lol, But if Sim racing can help me deal with Anxiety, Then surely Sim racing can help others, All you need is a Sim Racing Seat, A Logitech steering wheel, A half decent PC, And a TV or VR headset, Needs a bit better PC for VR though, So if you is struggling with mental health, Try Sim Racing if you can, I can't take the pills doctors give you, Reminds me of my Drug Addiction, I been clean for about 5 years now I think, Sim racing helped me along the way, To become my own person and not spend my days around other drug addicts, Drug addiction have become dirty and nasty with violence in all classes of addiction, A b or C, And you is at risk of getting robbed an killed over pointless issues, Drug addiction never used to be as violent as it is now, If someone is selling you drugs, Get away from them, Ain't no real friend going to make profit off giving you toxic chemicals, I learned the hard way, And if a person can read this an escape addiction, Then Amen to taking time to write this... Back on to Paul, What do people think about him going to get Married, Is his new wife to be in it for the love of Paul, lol, It is interesting to see the dynamics of how some people do things in life, lol.... I don't think Paul has yet understood what he done was nasty and messed up, Still blaming Shanda or vanda or what ever the nasty vile woman names herself, I struggle to see how Shanda passed the Law exams like she did, I really do, Like that Alderson woman, How the F do these people pass these Law exams when they look so Narso, Interesting, Will someone with Narso tendencies do better at Law study than a Compassionate person per say..... What I do know, I could not even try to look at the pics of Timothy before Tim sadly passed away, So that tells me the gravity of this crime out weighs the punishment, At least Shanda won't ever see public or the outside again, I hope anyways, Do people feel Paul should of got the same Jail time...... Either way Timothy never deserved the torture Timothy endured, If anyone is sitting in God's Garden never to grow old again, Flying around like Peter Pan, Then Timothy is........ If you eve see anything close to anything like this to anyone else, Please report it, children should not be treated like this.....

    No one suffers autism... The suffering is experienced externally as a result of the people around you or the environment you are in not being adequate. Also referring to 'them' in regards to people with autism, is strong othering language that seperates 'them' from 'us'. His autism isn't a reason to victimise him. His victimisation comes from his mother and brother... Its important that his story is clear and that people with autism are depicted appropriately. Autism isn't the story or the problem. Severe abuse is.

    • @kaydotz
      @kaydotz 16 часов назад

      Thank you for this. This kind of abuse happens all the time for folks who aren't on the autism spectrum. Just look at Ruby Franke's kids! Their "punishments" were in the same vein as these. Especially the lack of food, using spiciness to inflict pain, and the continuous escalating to insane levels of sadism as the abusers weren't getting the results they desired.

    • @MistyMoonChild
      @MistyMoonChild 16 часов назад

      @@kaydotz absolutely! I just find it difficult when people talk about autism like it's a disease to be suffered. Maybe his complexities made it harder for him to endure the abuse, but by magnifying autism it just minimises the fact this is another child that was murdered. We want equality in this world... Not us and them-isms! This child was one of 'us', the mother and brother are one of 'them' xx

      @@Scottyallen-of7qr hmmm I'm not sure I fully agree. These days many many many characteristics can be called autism, it's hard to define anymore. Autism used to meet criteria of social interaction, communication and imagination impairments... These days they label social and emotional issues as autism as well - the spectrum has increased significantly. However I do agree that some emotional and behavioural issues are caused by the environment though and can lead to MH issues, but not specifically autism.

    This in all family. The limitation is variable depend on the moral of the subjects that enunciate the program. All families don't have what it takes to maintain its offspring, so this is why the state certify that offspring with a certificate of title so the family can seek help from the state. Humans are inherently abusive and hateful creatures. The state knows all life are endangered species. The members of families only knows competition. Competition is a sin when all is seeking life extension.
