  • Inside a Michigan home, Timothy Ferguson spent his spare time exploring his creativity with legos. The 15-year-old boy had special needs and found his creative outlet by building his masterpieces piece by piece in his bedroom. However, Timothy's fun would be cut short for what his family deemed to be "punishment." Ultimately, the punishment turned into torture and would lead to his tragic death in July 2022. What investigators uncovered would disturb detectives working on the case. Timothy's older brother, Paul Ferguson, became a prime suspect in what prosecutors called the worst case they've ever seen. Get the disturbing details on this episode of Law&Crime Interrogations when Paul Ferguson takes a seat in the interrogation room.

    Being a victim of child abuse and then also a victim of domestic violence by my child's father trying to strangle me to death I struggle to this day to understand why someone that claims to love another person so much can cause such irreparable harm and death upon them.

    No one suffers autism... The suffering is experienced externally as a result of the people around you or the environment you are in not being adequate. Also referring to 'them' in regards to people with autism, is strong othering language that seperates 'them' from 'us'. His autism isn't a reason to victimise him. His victimisation comes from his mother and brother... Its important that his story is clear and that people with autism are depicted appropriately. Autism isn't the story or the problem. Severe abuse is.

    • @kaydotz
      @kaydotz 16 дней назад +5

      Thank you for this. This kind of abuse happens all the time for folks who aren't on the autism spectrum. Just look at Ruby Franke's kids! Their "punishments" were in the same vein as these. Especially the lack of food, using spiciness to inflict pain, and the continuous escalating to insane levels of sadism as the abusers weren't getting the results they desired.

      @@kaydotz absolutely! I just find it difficult when people talk about autism like it's a disease to be suffered. Maybe his complexities made it harder for him to endure the abuse, but by magnifying autism it just minimises the fact this is another child that was murdered. We want equality in this world... Not us and them-isms! This child was one of 'us', the mother and brother are one of 'them' xx

    Both were born to the wrong parents. I hold the father more liable than the brother. He didn't protect both of them from their insane mother.

    He should be held fully accountable, and I'm glad that he was, but what irks me is had he been a girl, people would definitely be more sympathetic to the fact that he was clearly manipulated and abused by mom as well. They would be making excuses about how she was raised this way and didn't know any better. How its not her fault because she had to survive. 🙄 for me, wrong is wrong and he knew better. No matter what sex the perpetrator is. He knew it was wrong and did nothing to stop it. Poor boy had no chance with these two.

      I feel bad for him as a boy. He was concerned but trusted his mom and had been abused himself for sure. I would not have given him that harsh of a punishment.

      Not true because we saw all the text messages and the evidence he is no victim and he actually did enjoy the torture. The prosecutor said theres a video of Paul dragging Timothy into the closet by his hair a few days before he died. He is no victim and he is neurotypical despite trying his hardest to come off as mentally disabled. Also, Shanda did not raise him or any of her children, he was an adult by the time he moved in with her.

      EWU used to be an awful father and daughter duo who turned out to be horrible people. The success of the channel is credited to the huge audience they built, then the fantastic videos that followed after they sold it. It's not as cut and dry as you are making it seem. Also, make your own videos. Why are you hating on strangers?

      No he wasn’t. Look into his past. He abused his brother when they were living with the father. He’s not a victim. He chose to be abusive.
