Mike, how do the Tremors compare or differ from the Subzero Blizzards? My Tempest are getting so beat up and thin I need a new bag, but a hair fuller then the Tempest, for blind draws.

Those look like a nice set of bags. Hey Mike, I would like to do a shout out to Steven Stovall of Stovations Cornhole. He was my partner at our local Aco regional. We placed 2nd. He makes bags and they are reasonably priced for aco approved bags. We threw his Elusive bags. So maybe you could check them and try a set to do a review.

Yo Mike! I agree that the ACL live stream could do a better job of CONSISTENTLY giving bag info. I do remember when I started watching the ACL broadcasts on TV a few years ago, Trey did a good job about talking about bags at the start of each game. If they do that now, it seems more of an afterthought than intentional. While it seems like a small thing, I agree with you though, it can help us make a decision on what bag we might want to throw next. Keep up the good work and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Mike, I love your videos and everything you’re doing. Thanks so much for continuing to do these podcast. I was watching where you were talking about commentators on the ACL side and how they don’t say which bags are being thrown. I think it was yesterday that I was watching a recap of the open. They actually did an over under about if there would be 11 different bag companies bags that would be thrown and so they would announce on the live feed, which company’s bags were being thrown. I wanted to let you know I saw that. Now those recaps are like four hours long so it would have been hard to catch that but I wanted to let you know that. Keep doing what you’re doing, man. I love it and I appreciate it and I love to watch the videos. Thank you so much.

It's strange you would say that the ACL doesn't mention what bags the palyers/teams are throwing before each match! I will respectfully disagree with that. I watch all the ACL Open livestreams, either on RUclips or ESPN+... Wally & Meesh, Wally & Jake. or Jake & Meesh, all three commentating pairings, before the game starts, mention the bag manufacturer and the series of bags each player/team is throwing.

Mike was wondering if you could take a look at ultras speed rating chart it’s on there web page. If your on there home page and go to the upper left corner there’s a drop down menu if you hit shop bags and then scroll all the way to the bottom of that page that’s where the chart is. I was curious if it is accurate from your experiences. I asked a question about there regular phsycos and you seemed to disagree with what it said I wondered if all there bags were not true to that chart. I like ultra bags but kinda hard to decide what to get if there chart is wrong

Viper R's use to be my go-to bag. I loved the 2023 version, but for some reason the 2024 version got super floppy really fast, to the point where I won't throw it anymore. There are so many alternative choices these days with the same materials, but without the floppiness, that I probably won't go back to the R's at their premium price. Swag Bag Chao's are my favorite Viper R alternative at a much lower price point.

The ACL should allow winners/runners up from any Elite & advanced majors to play in Pro majors

Players should have jerseys or hats telling what bags they are throwing. Heck hold up a sign during a time out during live broadcast. The commentators are either, lazy or just don't think about it because it's not important to them. Maybe they're told not to promote a bag since they aren't paying for a plug. I'd donate money to the ACL if they could just get the board switches done in a timely manner. Ongoing problem. Lol It's obvious to most of us that they aren't even watching some matches. they are talking about other things, or other players, on the internet watching a different sporting event like football. Facts. This will probably offend some. However, staying on point is important to some of us.

Darn right!!! They should definitely make a better effort to define what bags are being used. Obviously the skill level of the pros is different than our mere mortal levels, but im sure the bag also makes a difference. At least we can see what each bag is capable of doing in an actual game. If they make it a medium template it'll be almost perfect. It's a big bag so they clog the hole like crazy and hang by the hole so i find myself having to airmail drag more often than any other bags. That's why the UW Clones and Swag Bag Chaos are slightly better.

Ya know what's weird though is that I don't see a lot of viper-Rs being thrown over here anymore. It seems like a lot of people moved to the wizard L but even those aren't seen constantly. There's a pretty good mix of different bags being used around here. Me and my league partner threw killshot 357s today and I've not seen anyone use those in about a year.

I haven't had a viper-R open up on me but I haven't been throwing for two years yet. Plus I've only thrown my viper-Rs indoors. It's good to know that they will possibly open up after a year or so if they get beaten up. I also wonder if ultra fans booted me because i don't recall seeing a release of those bags there lol.

Man I hear you about time spent on this content hobby. It is all you can eat for nothing in return. At some point you have to draw the line on how many hours to dedicate to it. Unfortunately interest in the sport is fading pretty bad making the situation even tougher to justify.

Have you had a chance to check out the Buffalo Boards InspireX? Id like to know what you think. I religiously check to see if you've reviewed a bag before purchase!

100% spot on. The Viper R is definitely one of the better bags that I am able to play better with. The only problem I have with them is I can't really cut these bags the way I would like to. They slide true and are definitely hole friendly. But I struggle when people put about level 2 blockers. I can't really get around it and i get stuck. Also my 2023 bags are extremely floppy and sloppy now. Most people i play with dont like how BIG they are now. I just got a set of the Mocassin bags, so hopefully these will give me what I want. Keep up the great work Mike.

I bought the 2nd release when they came out and I've abused them indoors and outdoors and have no damage, not even a pull in the fabric. Just switched to the RS and they are more fun and more hole friendly.
