Which pair of shoes did you wear to gym or no gym for the week? Someone likes black! I am going to Denmark in late Sept and I think I will need something warm. The rest of my 2 month trip in Europe should be mild. Should I just go with layers in Copenhagen or bring a warm coat?
@@coachab100 I wore my same Vessi’s to the gym, went 3 times in the week. Not sure about Copenhagen weather I was only there for 1 day on a layover and it was fairly mild in September. I’d check the weather before you go!
@@theliftingnomad yes since it is my first stop, I will be able to have some clue!
Hope you enjoy the video! All products mentioned are linked in the description.
If you are black, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ARGENTINA. Talking from experience.
Is it easy to find English speakers?
@@WeGetWildTV most locals in the tourist areas speak fairly good English. Though not everyone, Spanish is still by and large the default. I would strongly recommend learning some Spanish if you want to have the best experience possible.
so in conclusion................... how much does it cost to live an average life in Buenos aires (in pesos) ?
If you are going to visit Athens. 4 days is the maximum. Stay away from taxis and Omonia square. Remember, it is not a case of if and when you will get ripped off. You will get ripped off. It will be a case of how much. In general, Greeks are liars, lazy, have no respect for anyone else except themselves.
How do people receive you as someone with a Western income? Asking because in America people are surprisingly toxic if you’re able to spend more than they are and moved from another state.
@@cameron.t as always when you travel don’t flash unnecessary wealth, try to dress like locals, don’t talk about your income.
Heading there in a few days. I have my rain jacket, but will now ditch bringing the jean jacket which is heavy. Thanks for the straightforward tips, so helpful!
Umbrella and midgie spray.
its a bit more dangerous than just 'watch out for pickpocketing' etc, especially when street shops are closed, in particular Sunday mornings. but if you stroll in some chic area in Palermo, with your valuables home, of course, you won't know this.
Well done, mate!
Same concerns as in the U.S. in any big city. Be aware of your surroundings and don't be dumb.
You are making amazing videos❤❤❤
This video is kinda cringe
Thanks for the positive feedback!

28 hours flying coach with multiple layovers. I'm 62 . Done it. Still do it. Just did it in May. It's not fun but it's worth it and my body handles it just fine. Take care of body and your body will take care of you!
It's dizzying watching you speak while the camera keeps moving left and right non stop. Just lock it or move less. Otherwise good video :)
Appreciate that! It’s a new camera I’m still testing out how best to use it
Probably should say you are working while on road so have an income! I live similarly but am retired. All your points are excellent.

What are the cheapest bodybuilding gyms in BA with Air con and descent facilities?😮
I really liked Alwaysgym for Palermo. There’s two one on Guatemala and the other on Costa Rica
I believe there might be something missing in your video uploads, causing them not to show up in search results. This could be impacting your subscribers and views. If you are interested, I can provide further details on how to address this issue. Thank you. Best regards, Rezaul Bari (RUclips SEO expert).
No way it takes 2 hours to walk the length or breadth of Palermo. Just so everyone knows it's says 1hr 7mins on Google, he keeps deleting my reply as in some vain attempt to come across as knowledgeable about BA but misses the mark by a long long way on many points in his video.
You can take a look at Google maps :) the top end of Chico by the museums, down to the other end of Hollywood, close to two hours
@@theliftingnomad It says 1hr 16mins on google maps and thats beyond the museum to the very extremity of Palermo Chico to Dorrego y Cordoba. @@theliftingnomad Just checked. 1hr 6mins, so half the time you say from the Latinamericano museum to Dorrego y Cordoba which is the furthest away you can get. good video. I have a similar lifestyle as you except the age and I don’t work. One thing you failed to mention is if one is working as a nomad, the time difference from home can be tiring!

JUst wrapped up Athens. Its a great city and easily commutable. But strictly as a tourist, 3 days are enough and t6he sites including Parthenon are cool but not a must see on a bucket list. I would rate it a must see for serious history buffs and then for the rest if you have extra time and money. Greek Food is also limited in choices Shopping is not that great either. Better to go to their islands to chill, but they are expensive. Rate it a "B". Spend more time in Istanbul instead.
Interesting take. I found the food incredible. I don’t ever really shop it’s not something I value, much rather spend my money on flights or trips. But interesting to hear different perspectives!
@@theliftingnomad go to lake olastire go to florina fo to kastoria go to vobousa go to pindus then comment on greece
I would like to try a Virgin cruise but have found it hard to find their pricing in several websites! Don’t take this comment the wrong way: but when you talked about LGBT clientele, it could also be a positive in that some people would be drawn to that space?
100%, I’ve lived in Toronto for like 10 years, I’ve been to pride loads of times and had a blast. But some of the cruise demographic may not be as comfortable with it so it’s worth mentioning!
@@theliftingnomad I agree it should be mentioned. But as a positive as well as maybe not a positive. I was afraid you might take it the wrong way. I understand

Swim suit dryers have been around for a long time. All college locker rooms have them!

all those places you went would not accept Credit Card before 2014.... Beach Bars, Tavernas, Sunbeds you would have to bring cash with you because they wouldn't have a POS machine!! It was only after the 2015 "EU threaten to close down banks, get out of the Eurozone" crisis that small and medium sized businesses Voluntarily (!) installed POS-credit card machines (because there wasno cash in the ATMs to go around... Germany Euro printers would not send cash to Greece)... and of course after they did that, the Greek government started to monitor the DIAS payment system and started finding out the real revenue of beach bars in Mykonos and hostels in Santorini and of course started taxing them properly.... and Vuala no more Tax Evasion since 2015 and Greece has a possitive Government Balnace since then.... (by the way Argentina should do sth similar if they want to get out of the crisis)
Certainly. But to be fair there were lots of places in the world in 2014 that would not accept credit cards in 2014, or we’re at least cash first. This is a 2024 first impressions lol
Holmes Place is certainly the Equinox of Athens Centre.... very expensive!! Tourists also go to Yava Ippokratous (like Planet Fitness, cheap but crowdy and with limited group classes).... Actually the best exercise option for City Centre Tourists is signing up to the "Adidas Run club", the "On Cloud Runclub " or the Rundome runclub which are completely free and have almost daily run sessions aroundthe city starting at around 19.00....and will get you to connect with both local fit freaks and see the sites at the same time
Free Now is Uber on steroids and has more drivers on tap that UBER which uses taxis anyway. Rather use Free Now than Uber if you are looking for prompt service
Nobody wakes up at 5:30am in Greece. That’s when they are coming home from the bars 😂 forget going to the gym at that time lol
