28 hours flying coach with multiple layovers. I'm 62 . Done it. Still do it. Just did it in May. It's not fun but it's worth it and my body handles it just fine. Take care of body and your body will take care of you!

It's dizzying watching you speak while the camera keeps moving left and right non stop. Just lock it or move less. Otherwise good video :)
