Welcome to the channel! Over my life, I have developed a passion for diving deep into the stats, history, and play styles of various basketball players and teams, and in my opinion no better way to get those ideas out there than through rankings and tier lists, and individual player analysis!
I tend to discuss detailed breakdowns of individual players' strengths and weaknesses, their historical achievements, and their current performance on the court, to determine where they rank in the list in question.
The tier lists are carefully crafted to reflect the latest trends and developments in the league, and I always stay up to date with the latest news and analysis.

Does Bronny James Have More Potential Than We Think?
With the 55th pick in the NBA Draft, the Lost Angeles Lakers selected Bronny James out of USC. Typically, the 55th pick would garner nearly 0 attention whatsoever, with the player selected projected to likely play very little if none at all as a rookie, with a probable G League assignment expected, and possibly, never even making it to realistic minutes at the NBA level. Bronny, of course, is a much different scenario. The narrative surrounding him going into this draft was wild, with many people and publications even bringing up the idea that a team could take Bronny as early as the first round to “hold him hostage” so to speak and either force the Lakers to give up real assets to trade ...

The Top 10 HIGHEST CEILING PROSPECTS in The 2024 NBA Draft Class
Просмотров 1,3 тыс.Месяц назад
There’s a lot that goes into determining what makes a player a top prospect in a draft class. You're always factoring in things like fit, production, NBA readiness, and desirable skill sets. But of course the number one, most exciting thing that everyone talks about is: what prospects have the chance to make that leap and become a true all star or superstar level player? Who has that superstar ...
Dalton Knecht: WELCOME TO THE LAKERS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 17 тыс.Месяц назад
Dalton Knecht’s path to the pros is pretty remarkable. With basically 0 college interest He attended a junior college in Colorado. He then proceeded to get exponentially better every single year of his college career, first transferring to Northern Colorado, then Tennessee in his final year and dominating at every single stop. Now, as he enters the NBA draft, the conversation becomes, “will he ...
Tidjane Salaun: WELCOME TO THE HORNETS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

Everyone is looking for the next Giannis in the draft. A late lottery to mid 1st player who is raw but ends up developing into an absolute dominant force that changes the direction of a franchise. The thing about a Giannis is, you never can actually predict it. No one knows who is going to make that crazy leap as a player, and who is going to stagnate and become a wasted pick. But you can TRY t...
Rob Dillingham: WELCOME TO THE TIMBERWOLVES | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 7 тыс.Месяц назад
Rob Dillingham has to be considered one of the most fun players to watch in the entire 2024 NBA Draft class. Ever since his Donda Academy and Overtime Elite days, he’s had viral video after viral video of his aggressive, over the top style play, and while he came under more control playing in the more organized system of Kentucky this year he still provided a ton of highlights while looking muc...
Donovan Clingan: WELCOME TO THE TRAIL BLAZERS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 6 тыс.Месяц назад
UConn was the first team to go back to back to back for the NCAA national title in well over a decade, and one of the only players that was a key cog for BOTH of those UConn teams is Donovan Clingan. In the first year, Clingan played a crucial backup role to dominant college big man Adama Sonogo, but this year, Clingan stepped in and became a dominant player in his own right, becoming a force a...
Reed Sheppard: WELCOME TO THE ROCKETS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 2,4 тыс.Месяц назад
Reed Sheppard recently closed out an incredible season as a freshman for the Kentucky Wildcats, even with absurd shot making percentages and really high level defensive numbers, it’s rare to see a player like him as high as he is in mock drafts, but here we are. Many people are stunned he’s being mocked this highly, But there’s a lot of reasons it makes sense. Some people have expressed concern...
Stephon Castle: WELCOME TO THE SPURS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 31 тыс.2 месяца назад
In winning the national championship this year with UConn, Stephon Castle showed that he has the ability to provide a major supporting role in an elite system. Providing great value as an offensive connector at the 2 guard position and defender for a powerhouse squad that had so much talent that it was hard to stand out. Castle doesn’t want to be seen as just a role playing 2 though, recently s...
Cody Williams: WELCOME TO THE JAZZ | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

Cody Williams is one of the most interesting prospects in the 2024 lottery. While a great player in his own right, he hasn’t been able to avoid the connection (and the comparisons) to his older brother, Jalen Williams, of the Oklahoma City Thunder. Now, Cody Williams is by no means a highly touted prospect because of his brother, he’s a phenomenal player, and a higher rated prospect than Jalen ...

The two most common names mentioned at the top of this year’s draft, Zaccharie Risacher and Alex Sarr, both have a compelling case to go #1. Sarr with his athleticism, size, and general skill for a big, and Risacher’s shooting touch and well rounded game. Neither are perfect prospects though, leaving the window open for a different prospect to surprise and go #1 if they look good enough in the ...
Ron Holland: WELCOME TO THE PISTONS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

NBA lottery teams, with the exception of very few, are looking for one thing only, and that’s a potential superstar to bring them out of the bottom of the league and back into contention. Finding a player like that is a lot easier in some drafts than others. Last year, for example, the Spurs didn’t have to try all that hard to find their future superstar. This year, however, things are a bit mo...
Matas Buzelis: WELCOME TO THE BULLS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

Matas Buzelis is not the type of player that came out of nowhere. As someone who has been receiving a good deal of hype since his high school mixtape days, Buzelis is now considered one of the best prospects in the 2024 draft. Fitting the exact mold of what NBA teams look for in a stretch 5 type player, Buzelis comes from both a family and a country that has a reputation for producing exception...
Alexandre Sarr: WELCOME TO THE WIZARDS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

Looking at this year’s draft, there’s no surefire #1 level prospects like there were last year, so that leaves us with a much less clear picture of who should be going #1. Do you take a higher floor, potentially lower ceiling guy like Zaccharie Risacher, a question mark like Matas Buzelis, or, do you go with the guy with the crazy physical traits and insane potential despite pedestrian stats. I...
Zaccharie Risacher: WELCOME TO THE HAWKS | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report

This NBA Draft is a weird one. Last year, we had 3, maybe 4 prospects that would have been surefire #1 guys in this year’s draft. Wemby, Scoot, and Miller easily, with Amen in that conversation as well. When you look at this class as it is, there's legitimately 8-10 guys that show intrigue in various aspects of their game that puts them in the conversation for #1, but all of them have some hole...
Zach Edey: WELCOME TO THE GRIZZLIES | 2024 NBA Draft Scouting Report
Просмотров 20 тыс.3 месяца назад
Zach Edey, for the past two seasons, has been the most dominant player in college basketball. Recently being named the 2 time Naismith player of the year, which has only been done two other times in history, Edey has an individual college resume that stacks up well with anyone in at least the past 20 years. However, he has always been perceived as the type of player that does well in college, b...
He was literally a 6,9 curry! Better shooter ! Like smaller Nowitsky!
Zach edey shouldn't have even been drafted in the first round.
This is exactly the video I was looking for. I never saw him much but always heard about him. This was great detail
I have him on my basketball team
Dalton Knecht, Will be an élite Player, on the NBA LEVEL, because he will have better Players to play, around him.
Keyon Martin was beast ask someone before you post silly things
His nickname in Brazil was "The Holy Hand"
#1 player in the country coming out of hs to the best team in the nba , that’s kinda cheating. Dirk > Ducan
he wasn’t that good tbh
Basically a free entry to playoff or even finals
Mitchell over Book from the 3 is insane. Booker is a sharpshooter from the 3 and a 3 point champ
So at #11, he was kind of a steal for Chicago.
He got hurt and adapted to a new role. Rehurt himself and still got back into the NBA. Dude was a monster and it's a WHAT IF moment if he didn't get hurt and ended up with the Warriors.
Prime tmac? Where's his magic highlights lol
Bird ALL day Long.
He’s acting like he trash and he’s not trying for story line purposes
Top 20 all time.
Wtf did I time travel where did the last 2 months go I could’ve sworn the draft was just a few weeks ago
You can tell his basis because Ant is a Dog !!!!! Ant is a better player, defender! Stop it
6ronny up side is crazy
Yes
The more I see of him play and the more he reminds me of Davion Mitchell, just bigger and taller. He's probably underrated offensively, he's very good at drawing fouls and he should get to the line more in the NBA, with improved handles and a better use of his speed he'll be able to create more space and should be a much improved finisher. With more free throws attempts a night and with enough 3pt reps in games consistently I have no doubt that he'll knock down over 30% of them very early, he shot 72% during the the 3pt shooting star drill during the combine and that was one of the reasons for the Spurs drafting him. Gregg Popovich will tell him to let it fly whenever he's open and his teammates will also encourage him to shoot it, we've seen the shooting improvements when Spurs players had the green light. He was also a much improved shooter during the tournament, had other flashes during the season, without the knee injury and if asked to shoot more you can only wonder where his shot could have gotten. Most of his performances also came in the second part of the season, his stats don't tell the full sotry. He looked very mature on the court and he didn't look like a freshman when he was handling the ball and directing the offense, he was a calming presence for Uconn when he was either running plays or making something out of what could have been a bad possession if he didn't have the ball. Always aware of the clock, of the game situation which is rare for a player of his age, sees mismatches and knows where to get the ball. He had some spot up contested and almost sped up jumpers that looked clean, all net and that will translate well in the nba, when he's in rythm and confident he looks like a guy that you don't want to leave open, there's also much to like about the floater and about how he gets to his spots. Most of his issues offensively came from an hesitation to take shots, even in the midrange he wasn't encouraged to expend anything there or to get many attemps, Uconn shot very few midrange jumpers and that wasn't part of their philosophy. I have no issue seeing him as a threat from anywhere on the court in the NBA, in two to three years if he becomes more agressive. When he's looking to score you can feel that he can take over games.
Great video! Cant want to see how dalton and bronny play.
Appreciate it! and I agree. I think Dalton specifically will have a pretty great rookie year tbh
5:18 in his senior year he was about 40% iirc. From the 3. But thats high school.
He has a solid looking form, he has high iq and doesn't take dumb shots. I don't know if he'll be starter level talent but he can definitely be a solid back up PG if he works on his defensive iq he can be a good 3 and d guard
2:45 not saying i disagree. I would say it's too soon for that. Is his 1 on 1 defense against gaurds nba level? Yes. But...what about with NBA screens??? That we cant know right now.
2:20 ayo! Respect jokic's 18 inch vert. That man is a freak of nature
Let's Go!
He was a steal at 17. I say that as a UK fan and a Volunteer hater. Knecht was the best player on the floor in the last UK/UT game.
you can see bronny’s iq to be indisputably high when he’s on the court, all i wish for him to do is practice being “that” guy. too many times has he played as the second or third option.
Good observation, definitely needs to learn that killer gene
In the 82 championship year, Worthy went through Samson
Olajuwon, Drexler and Ewing
Yeah coach @spurs will tell him what position he is playing and he will do so whether he likes it or not 😂😂😂
Cant shoot for 💩
Bro is Yao Ming and now one knows it.
Pistons already have 2 way star name Asur...lol
I’m big on his upside. He needs better footwork. He could end up like Shaq in my mind. If I’m the team I book him for a week or two with Hakeem. If it all takes he will be a major problem. I fully realize the league has moved on from bigs unless you’re Victor but I see something in Zach.
ᶠᵃᵏᵉ
😂 I disagree if he can play defense against others teams super well or great. He definitely going to be a starter. That's not Rocket science. The hornets was horrible on defense . So think will have more playing time than yall think
Dude this is starting to feel like it was just meant to be. Idk how many people know this but Dalton's nickname from his teammates at TN was "The White Mamba." The great Kobe "The Black Mamba" Bryant (R.I.P) only played for the Lakers. And no I'm not saying he's gonna be Kobe. He falls all the way to 17th to a team that has a first time coach who happens to have been Born in Cookeville TN. Idk? Just sayin. Let's go D.K and let's go Lakers!!!!!
Needs to pass more. My concern is that Atlanta has a number of players who want the ball and look to score first.
He averaged 16 and 8 on an ncaa tournament team as a true freshman lol what do you mean not dominant?
Those are good numbers; far from “dominant.”
@@GizmoBeachNah you are just wrong here. Anthony Davis was college player of the year, defensive player of the year, SEC defensive player of the yeah and SEC freshman of the year He averaged 14 and 10
If he develops a mid-range shot his comp is derozen
makes no sense 😕 he can't shoot 🤦
He can shoot to me
As a grizzly fan I think he’s the missing piece. Between him ja an JJJ there’s not much teams can do to stop us 😇 good luck
Rookie of the season.
The Ant/Rob duo is going to be fun to watch. What a time to be a Wolves fan.
Defense is just effort! He is very young and his body will fill out. Mike Conley has been a top player for years and is a shorter player also. He also will have Kat and Ant to take the pressure off.
