Thanks so much for this information. Happy to have found this channel. Do you carry any of the supplements you listed? Or can you recommend any particular brand?
😊😊😊😊 Great lecture so helpful😂 @people in the bush
Beautiful interpretation. Thanks for sharing. I will share with my Reiki students. Everyone should at least understand their own chakras 😊
This is great! Thanks so much.
Very informative, thank you
Hi Dr. Roshan. Please check your mikes. Your voice is very soft and Dr. Nilash mike is giving him a crackly sound! Besides that ❤️the topic and fasting suggestions I started my fasting and feel better after doing it. Thank you for all the information
Great content. Especially the categories of people who should not fast and the guidelines for not losing muscle in the 40+. I look forward to the next set.
Great information. Have you thought about doing a group fast? Invite people to do a fast led by one of the doctors. Might be a way for more people to try fasting and feel supported.
Lovely format and pace …casual but very informative and thoughtful. Would like to hear more about the water fast experience. Thank you, enjoyed having access to this discussion.
Great insight about fasting. I like Dr Nilash’s sharing that he started with keto diet first then went on the water fast. This is helpful. Thanks
Totally agree!
Hmmmmm...interesting...
Thans for sharing...
my pleasure!
Great idea! That’s like an egg paratha except using dosa instead of roti!!!😊
Thank you ...
you're totally welcome
Thank you for sharing...
my pleasure! :D
Thank you for sharing! Looks yummy, will try soon!
If you run into any problems! I"m happy to troubleshoot with you :D
Dr Roshan I really enjoyed your interpretation of the chakras. You explained it so realistically and relatably. I would appreciate if you did lectures on them separately. Thank you
Thank you for the kind words. I'l def start work on the individual lectures! :D
Thanks for this information. Appreciate you taking time to educate and help us.
I'm so glad it was helpful! :D
Great information as usual. May I add 1 more method....visualization. This one is especially useful to students. While listening to a lecture, you create a 3-D movie in your mind. After the lecture you practice replaying the movie. Also link notes taken to your movie. 😊
Thats's a great tip Emma!
I like how you're referring to yourself as WE 😂
😅
I try to doing this once a month...I love the break down and explanation of the benefits...can you explain the vegetable broth and what vegetables are acceptable to use in this?... I don't use anything but water and teas...I do also feel dizzy getting up from a sitting position...Thanks again for the explanation
Thanks for the daily updates. I did my 5-day fast at end of January. I had bery similar experiences. Great to be able to compare. Thanks
That is awesome! And it's super cool to hear of other folks doing it as well
Thank you guys immensely for this informative session .
Our pleasure! :D We really do appreciate the feedback
Thank you!!!
my pleasure :D !
I get it! Thanks Dr 🎉
🥳
Yesssss I've been waiting for this video 🙌🙌🙌
There's more to come! :D
This sounds really good! Very simple recipe too! Do you have to use only basamati or will some other rice work? If so, which one?
Also, in the restaurants they serve a thin version of this. Which is correct or better?
Traditionally Idli rice is used for dosa, but I find that it's more economical to use basmati as it can be used for making dosa and all other rice dishes as well. rather than having to buy 2 different types of rice.
either one is perfectly fine. I would say make it to your preference :D
Thank u Dr. Roshan. I try the receipe.🙏
Most welcome 😊
Thanks for sharing your recipe I will try it
If there's any problems, feel free to reach out :D
great video!
Thank you for sharing the recipe. How many dosas can you get with the ingredients and how long can they be refrigerated? Please share some more healthy recipes. Thanks
You can get quite a lot of dosas from that, as you get a basin full of batter and just 1 ladleful makes a dosa. it can stay in the fridge for quite a few weeks. as its fermented, it won't spoil. however, depending on how long the container is opened on your counter as your making it, it make begin to grow mold on the surface. at that point, you'll have to toss it. so I recommend taking out how much ladlefuls from the main container into a smaller bowl and bring that to the stove.
Good Evening Doctor. Thanks for ur Dosa Receipe The Ud dahl is the same as urdi dhal that u use to add in the flour to make doubles. Can u get the dhal at any puja shops. Like the receipe. Thanks for sharing Doctor Roshan. Blessings🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hi Gangadai. it is the same Urdi dhal thats used. you can get it in any Indian grocery or puja store :D
Congrats.
I think breadfruit and ground provision are good local carbohydrate alternatives to flour. I also came across Arm and Hammer brand deodorant that seems to be aluminium free..Thank you for the informative video.
Thanks for sharing! :D
I make my own roll-on liquid deodorant. So easy to make. Ingredients include: water, glycerine, witch hazel, tea tree oil, lemon oil, vitamin E oil. You can add an extra level of protection by washing armpits with apple cider vinegar before applying deodorant
Thanks for sharing!!
Would it be possible to email the names of non fluoride toothpaste brands that are available in Trinidad ?
Hi Emma, I use Desert Essence toothpaste which you can get at some of the health stores.
Dr Adriel mentioned he uses Bio Repair Toothpaste (available in Pennywise) and Boca Tooth paste on Amazon
So true. Real talk !!!
slow and steady wins the race :D
😢
you can do it!
Thank you for breaking this down so simple.

Good morning!
Thanks Dr. Roshan for sharing your knowledge. Rosemary.
Thanks so much for the kind words! :D
Loved how you said lecture twice in 10 seconds 😂
I thought of you when I said that! :D
Doctor as growing up as a child we use to sleep for 7-8 hours during the night. Being an adult over 65 years old do u still need 7-8 hours of sleep during the night.
It's normal for older folks to sleep less. It might be due to most older people usually take a nap during the day which makes up for the shorter night rest. as for the amount of sleep people need, i usually recommend no less than 6 hours per night. around 7 might be sufficient. 8 would be great. amount of sleep we need also depends on how exhausting the days are as well.
Very interesting presentation Dr. Roshan. Thank u so much for sharing ur knowledge.
We're all in this together Gangadai 🙌🏽
Good day Dr Roshan I do a 5 day fast every month but I break it with pawpaw..is this wrong? I would love for you to do a session on the benefits of longer fasts. You're doing an amazing job😊
Hallo! Thanks so much for the kind words. I will definitely do a vid on the benefit on longer fasting times. look out for it in the future. Personally, I wouldn't recommend breaking a fast with fruit and they are mostly carbohydrates, and in a fasted state our insulin levels would be very low, carbs would spike our sugars. I would instead break it with some organic nuts or seeds or an egg or some plain full fat yoghurt. something that is high in good quality fats and protein and relatively low in carbs. hope that answers the question! :D
Now I understand, really I do it's just so difficult when your kid is the one asking. Guess I'll have to try harder.
I found for me to be a better parent, I needed to be in a better headspace. sometimes that means creating a little space for me to take a few breaths before I dive back in. 🙏🏽
No joke, feeling less anxious already. Looking forward for more advice.
Thanks...love the river analogy......
