oh Lord, Jae I know pest dropping can freak you out, you did the right thing and immediately contact a professional. I just moved to Barbados but I have been stuggling to find a place in my price range with my wants. I pray God opens a door soon.

Is Joseph’s on the Cliff still there? I came to Barbados for a seminar a while back and on our last night we had dinner at this place. Good food, good friends and good wine. Lovely night with friends under the moonlight with the waves crashing against the cliff. 💞

@@johnfarrell5075 Hi John, 🙂lovely to hear from you. Which country are you a citizen of? This will determine how long you can stay on a tourist visa. U.K. USA Canada are up to 6 months. Some countries up to 3 months. 🏝️☀️
I loved your interview on Stephanie Perry's channel! One of the things I love about Barbados and Jamaica is that they don't have any scary animals. However, having lizards in your home is very annoying!😒😒😒

Yea Barbados 🇧🇧 is peaceful, beautiful, I love there, an the Governance, are for the ppl, I live Trinidad and Tobago it also beautiful but, I wanna run from there , crime corrupted ministers an police, high taxes....o man you'll die just thinking of it....place is the worst....

If you own property in Barbados are you allowed to stay all year round? If not how do you go about this? Please answer 🙏🏽
Hi Catz, 💕it depends on your immigration status as far as I know. Do you have citizenship or residency? Maybe you are of Barbadian descent? If you are not of Barbadian descent, like me, I am doing the following: I am seeking residency through a special entry permit based on retirement. To do that I have to have a property valued above 150,000 usd as a starting point, there are some health insurance requirements. I am starting the application process very soon. It could take a year or so. In the meantime I stay in Barbados on a tourist visa up to 6 months as that’s the policy for U.K. citizens. You can leave then return for another 6 months and so on. Apparently there are different routes but I will send a link to a video I did in the past. Watch it and also check out the links in the description. Hope that helps. 🏝️☀️
