Hi Jonez, I recommend you check www.cariblist.com for prices based on what you require eg location makes a difference, closeness to amenities etc. Buying process is 3-5 months, but I have heard much longer if there are problems or delays!! Eg. Cash sale no chain is generally much quicker than if you require a mortgage etc. ☀️🏝️

As a U.K. citizen I can stay in Barbados for 6 months on a tourist visa then leave the island for a short period and then return and start another 6 months. For 5 years I came for 5-6 months as I still had my house in U.K. However, as I am retired now, sold my U.K. house and purchased my Barbados house, I am applying for residency for Barbados on the SPECIAL PERMIT. This requires me to have a Barbadian property and proof of pension, medical insurance etc. Check out my video on ways to move to Barbados. In the description you will find lots of links which you can check to see if you fit the requirements. Hope that helps. 💕☀️🏝️
