Is pal world allowed to add evolutions as a feature without copyright issues? Also for people alr playing: is this a feature that would enhance/immerse your experience further?

I like the video, but it doesn't look like something someone low level could do. I feel like most problems are between lvl 20~40 when you need a lot, but you don't have enough space yet

I have found cardinal directions in reference to the pal box can make or break the stairs being accessible by pals or not. Switch back 2×2 stairs to a 2×4 landing works well for 4 storie tall floors! Make sure the stair directions are perpendicular to center of the base (pal box)

Pal Professor goes over the details of min maxing food for workers. I believe salad is still the OP "work base" food! It's way easier to craft, and I sell all my extra for stacks of gold. I never even use my gold crafting due to this 🤙

They did update the pathing and gave large pals small pal clearance so they stop getting stuck so much.

What does the training buddy thing item do. Does it level up Pals faster or something?

If you do a random play.. full random can be very hard to start, level 50 plus pals and humans right near the spawn.. random by region is great.. but when you get to the last tower and bosses, it says "you need to defeat...... First". The boss names it gives are not the right ones, it's the locations you have to clear, but they will have different bosses. Ie dazzi noct for me was actually on the previous island, so I had to defeat what now spawns where she normally did..

For me it's sauna, salads, single layer (I don't place buildings in big bases) and Shroomer.. Shroomer in the base is even better then an alpha wave emitter, does the same thing plus they help on farms. So yeah, mostly the same.

They're healthy because you let them win biggly

New-ish player here (lvl 33). Why does nobody seem to use defensive walls? I thought it would be a good idea to build a big ring around my base with a gate. The only issue I’ve run into so far is that enemy attacks will sometimes spawn in weird spots, like below my base since it’s on a mountain. Is the lack of walls because your pals are all high levels so they can take out enemies before they get a chance to do any real damage?

The key is the sauna get at least 2x the big sauna as soon as possible if lot's of hard working Pals then 3x.

It's little wonder why the devs said that Rimworld was one of their inspirations for this game. Base pals behave just like pawns in Rimworld. They need to be constantly babysat and put into a perfectly childproofed base because they can and will cave their heads in on the nearest sharp corner if left unattended.

I thought they been adding things to the tech menu on there im level 53 and i just made a wall around my base finally and i was wondering what those are for

This game is seriously a game i have dreamed about. I used to love ARK but I mostly solo and that game is an absolute chore solo unless you crank up settings. I have also joked about how awesome an ark/pokemon hybrid would be and this game is exactly that. Im lv 47 and so far solo the game is very manageable. I do turn off weight limits but that's the only thing I really tweak. Game is sooooo addictive.

4:43 Why'd you have to call me out there, man. I have a base over there and spent DAYS doing that exact same thing just to make sure my Pals didn't fall off every other minute (back before a lot of the QOL base changes) it looks horrendous. Glad to know that I no longer need to do that. I think I'll keep it, though, just as a reminder of how things used to be. Thank you for covering this.

"Why did they not add the ability to build stairs off of stuff?" They did, but they removed that ability a few updates ago, but before that update stairs couldn't be built up from stuff. They added the current build position and removed the last one, I don't know why they didn't just keep both options.

I hope they will expand on the building side of the game. Because in the late game it gets kind of boring when you play solo.

does palworld have steam and pc game pass crossplay? my friends got it o steam and i have it free on my pc game pass, so im wondering if we'd be able to play it together?

Sadly you still can't use this to build a base over rivers cuz it's considered a protected area lol. Would of been cool to have a base at using the terrain to look unique but that would be too fun. I would really love a curved foundation like conan exiles that would be nice.
