It's neither a breeding base, nor one with natural resources; and using the production lines from a direction/location where you can't have 4 Anubises run up to it for fast crafting is just generlly a bad idea. I don't see how it'd be considered functional. Maybe as a strter bae, before you unlock breeding? But you had the production lines, so you definietly unlocked breeding alerady... this is a tough cookie...
i have a main base for all of those things, these bases are “functional” because I make sure every bench is there, both the rock and tree farm, the work speed increase buildings and the production lines, while also making sure they are, in fact, usable. They are mainly creative projects to give people ideas that don’t wanna build for just max efficiency, but also want to make sure that their pals can access whats needed! Hope that helps! 🙂
