Also the creaking at low speed from rear is the top strut hat kinda looks like a big hockey puck goes between strut and body mounting points made fo like a rubber there known to dry out crack and cause that noise. Not too expensive

Many of the things you mention shouldn't be to hard to replace/do with a youtube instructional video and a bit of nice tools.
