Thanks man I just got one and I thought all bass pickups couldn’t move but I guess I was wrong I was thinking about getting rid of it because of too much distortion and the b string would hit the pickup

How to adjust the pickup height separately for each string? I like to raise the E string higher than the other strings. Therefore, the distance between the E string and the pickup is wider than in other strings. Is it possible to lift the pickup magnet only under the E string?

What does tightening or loosening it do?

Best review on this guitar! Is there a way to adjust string height on it? Maybe with the saddles is only thing I can think of. I've had this guitar for about 5 weeks and have 1 week to return it within their 45 return policy. You know the store, ha ha. Any help, advice on would be much appreciated.

How well does this amp handle guitars with super high gain pick-ups? Bear Knuckle pickups, Seamore Duncan Pickups, EMG active pickups, any high gain heavy metal guitar pickups if those guitars are plugged in the amp?

Does this affect the Line 6 Catalyst CX amp? Also can you test out the noise gate feature on the Line 6 Catalyst CX amp? If you press and hold the boost knob on the amp, and turn the boost knob to the right it engages the noise gate. if you want to dissengage the noise gate, and stop the 60 cycle hum, you move the boost knob to the left on the catalyst CX amp.

I have a Peavey (400BH) XR600C making noise on the 4k slider on the EQ section 😢

You need a ground lift... I'm pretty sure Peavey comes with a ground lift switch in the rear of the amp... switch it

the flux capacitor is not in superposition, you need to go a few quantumn leaps to the left and straight down a black hole to fix it

Check your power outlet with a 3 light plug tester. The wall outlet might not be grounded.

Get s aby switcher with a ground switch on it.

put a BOSS noise supressor between your guitar and the amp.

Try remove static electricity from yourself. Change that sweater. Wear rubber shoes. The feedback sound comes from your body, prob grounding is not adjusted correctly.

You are creating a ground when you touch the Metal part of the AMP Use a power box with a good ground to remove most of teh Gain noise

It's deffo a problem with earthing (ground). Try another guitar lead or check that it's good, using a multimeter on ohms. Unplug the mains lead, open the amp up and check that there are no wires broken inside the amp and check the continuity of the earth (ground) connections with a multimeter on ohms, also check that there's a good connection in the mains plug. I'm an electronics engineer / electrician by trade, if you need any help or advice fixing this amp, over the Interwebs, give me a shout, and I'll do my best to help.

The amp is simply not grounded, maybe the earth cable has come off in the plug

Some amps have a foil shield at the top of the cabinet or head that contacts the chassis.
