Peavey Ultra 112 weird hum issue - HELP!

I need some help with an odd hum from my Peavey Ultra 112 combo. What do you think it could be!? I’m stumped.
Maybe I need to buy a #superchat for #tonetalk next month and ask Dave Friedman.

You are creating a ground when you touch the Metal part of the AMP
Use a power box with a good ground to remove most of teh Gain noise

The ground is the ground. The handle hardware is not connected to anything. Just goes into the wood. I got it figured out in Part 2.
