Choking to death at night? Help stop Aspiration from happening.
Do you have food or other things coming up at night causing you to Aspirate? Do you have a case of GERD? Watch this video on how I help this problem from happening. The last thing you want is to keep having liquid being sucked down into your lungs. This can cause all kinds of terminal issues down the road. I believe what I discovered could help you with this.

Hello everyone! I'm still alive! So sorry it has taken so long for me to give you all an update. I appologize for not reponding to a lot of you. I have no excuse. However I do wish everyone and their families speedy recoveries. My best advice for everyone, is the moment something weird starts happening, like trouble swallowing, coughing after you eat, burning in your throat, especially at night...

Women have epidurals every day. We also end up with neglected and undiagnosed cancers as we’re told it’s anxiety, depression and hypochondria. And if we educate ourselves online even via nih and medical studies… we receive placating, gas lighting and are told to stay away from “Dr Google .” Meanwhile, in my life…. it was my online researched that saved my childrens’ lives….. Seattle children’s hospital gave me kudos on this after 10 years traveling country. Now…. trying to muster up strength to advocate for myself. I’ve lost weight and gained pants size meanwhile being jacked around by medical “professionals.” US system is screwed up and even still favors males. Just posting here and now in case it helps someone. 💜

listen....as a side sleeper, i understand "i truly cant sleep any other way" but i still dont think its impossible, maybe this works out for you but i think maybe the healthiest option would be the proper sleeping position, maybe abit upright too to prevent the reflux

Micro Aspiration is the most disruptive and exhausting after surgery. I'm post surgery for 14 years. I have an electric bed too. The problem is at some point, I will roll on my side or slide down where the acid rolls up and into my lungs.

What a fabulously objective, down to earth and helpful video. Thank you so much. My post-op issue is possibly more with dumping than reflux but still need to keep an eye on it. Like yourself I was relatively(!) young for the procedure so have a long time to make sure I don’t let the long term effects accumulate and do damage… Hope you did have some takers for your Zoom. Many thanks and warm wishes from UK

I found another winner for the frothy acids. Try drinking fu brick tea or golden flower tea from china. It really makes a huge difference. Tastes a lot like mushroom and is easy to drink and enjoyable.

Hello friend I know what you are going through. I have had esophagus cancer, it's been 10 years now when I was 69. It's the most aggressive cancer if not Caught early it can be fatal. Yes eating is still a problem like you I can't eat big meals only little and often. Acid yes I know it's horrible feeling choking being sick eyes streaming nose running. Luckily doesn't happen now. I raised my bed by 6 inches to stop acid flowing back up into my throat like you said it burns. I can sleep on my back as long as I put plenty of pillows around me for support to stop me rolling in bed. I sympathise with you and your condition, I only have problems gaining weight I'm only 10 stone now from being 13 stone. I've tried protein powder and shakes,my Doctor prescribed me a protein drink twice a day, problem I think is I can't absorb food to store in my body. Well I wish you good luck for the future take care. Bryan whitehouse

Hello! After my surgery, I was quickly back on my feet and was able to leave the hospital after about a week. I am now in my fifth year post-operation and supposedly cancer-free. However, my digestion of food has changed significantly, leading to frequent bloating and diarrhea. The symptoms of Dumping Syndrome, which often occur after diarrhea, are quite annoying, but it's all better than being dead. I can eat everything I want in moderation; it's just a question of whether I can tolerate it. It is important to sleep with your upper body elevated after the surgery because otherwise, the remaining stomach acid can flow into your throat and possibly your windpipe, which is very, very unpleasant.

Where does the food go without a stomach and esophagus? Could you explain that? Does the food you eat go straight into your intestines without the esophagus and stomach? I’m so sorry that you went through that tragic experience? Wishing you the best of luck for a long happy prosperous life !! GOD BLESS YOU . I live with a chronic incurable intestinal illness called Crohn’s Disease so i’m no stranger to intestinal illnesses . Diagnosed when i was 17 in 1993. Have undergone several intestinal surgeries and have been living with a permanent ileostomy when i was 18 i’ve learned to live with my condition. Thank you so much for sharing your story !!! Thank you for starting up your video's especially as you went through the whole process. I am at the satge of getting tested and finally diagnosed for what I feel is the same thing. I have trouble swallowing food, sorry not swallowing food but it getting into my stomach as I feel it sitting at the top of my stomach like a lump or plug. If I keep eating it just gets full of food and I can't get anything down then. I have had this for maybe a month or so, so hopefully I have caught it soon enough for a good outcome. I am in the process of researching absolutely everything and anything on this subject. I like to know exactly what is going on at all times when my body is concerned. I also seem to be burping or getting small amounts of gas coming up after eating. I can get liquids down easily but solid thick foods are a different issue all together. Even a chocolate bar will get stuck. Sorry to go on but your videos are the best out there and give me hope etc to get through this. I'm 65 and in somewhat good shape health wise other than this. Again thank you .

Thanks for posting this channel. I was diagnosed last year around April with T2 esophageal Adenacarcinoma. Your channel was the only one I watched prior to surgery. Worst thing someone can do is Google their diagnosis and figure out what to do. I had surgery (Esophagectomy) in June. No chemo or radiation. I had my esophagus stretched twice since. No complications except for aspirating in my lungs. Sleep on my back with an adjustable bed. I have resorted to a neck brace to keep my head up. In the past week I have aspirated 3 x’s. Not fun. I am eating a cup of shredded wheat as I type. Hope it works. Before I had surgery your videos really helped me keep it together & brought me through where I am today. So thank you. Keep up the videos when you can. 👍

So glad my experience has help you get thru yours. I always say to myself after all this, at least I'm still alive. Some people don't catch it in time. Let me know how the shredded wheat works for you and if you notice a difference. Neck brace hu? Hum, I guess that would keep me from sleeping on my stomach. Ya the aspiration thing is what is my main issue is. If not controlled it can cause bad and deadly lung problems. My surgeon told me I most likely will die from pneumonia. So I'm always trying to stay ahead of it. I keep looking for the new medical device that they can install to replace that valve that keeps food down, similar to the "Links" procedure. Links wont work for us because we don't have a stomach for it to sit on. Good luck to you! Stay strong!

I’m 36 years old now, I was 20 when I started having problems eating, I was pretty fit and healthy, always slept on my side lol. I was diagnosed with achalasia, was told I was going to have key hole surgery to cut open the bottom of my esophagus where it joined my stomach because it had basically closed up. They told me I’d be in there 1/2 nights. Was in there 6 weeks. Nearly died. Was put in a medically induced coma. Was on a ventilator. They had to do an emergency esophagectomy. Was nil by mouth for about 4 weeks. Couldn’t get out of bed for about 3/4 weeks. They damaged my left lung during the surgery. Now I have chronic lung disease, can’t get my weight above 11stone. Can’t eat much at all. Can’t sleep for shit. But I’m still here I suppose and I’ve gone on to have 3 more beautiful babies

But he is still working in the coal mines and is on 2nd shift, which makes it hard on him not eating before he goes to bed and I definitely will buy the mini wheat but he has found that eating the fruit Welch's gummies that helps him alot..He was wanting to ask you about your energy levels. That is alot of his problem. He is very interested keeping in touch and sharing our stories. Maybe together we can help each other out..
