I Iove drop cloth. I have bleached mine nd made bedspread and curtains for my twin and full bedrooms. I love them. Drop cloth is so good to make all kinds of things.

I just adore those quilts! I'm watching from New Zealand and we are heading into spring, daylight savings is about to start. Im more focused on Christmas at this time of year, and it's more the colour schemes change for the season!

The table top yo-yo quilt is beautiful! I haven’t done one in years.

Love the clay work, I also, work with IOD clay and when I have gaps, I use a baking soda or you can use the salt base to add to your paint to thicken it up and add it into the gaps, it works so well!

The table top size quilt with round pieces is called yo yo quilts. Beautiful furniture, gorgeous quilts. At 71 I remember using fountain pens, miss the old things.

I just found your channel, it sounds like we’re in the same age group! The quilt on your table is called a Yo-Yo quilt pattern. My mother in law used to make them. I have quilts & quilt tops that my grandma made out of feed sacks. I look forward to seeing more of your home. I’m in the south east & fall is one of my favorite seasons to decorate.

I love the white makeover. So beautiful. I too, hate hearing myself. lol. I live in Kentucky, now. Over the years I have lived in West Virginia, Michigan, the upper Peninsula, New York, North Dakota, Colorado, California, Italy, Japan and Germany. So, add the southern accent to all of those. I have a different one lol. But the southern does stick out more.

That was quite an estate sale, Johni! I saw many things I would have purchased! I love everything you bought, but especially the quilts! They were so beautifully crafted and look like they are in perfect condition! I am also curious to know about the previous owners of things I've purchased, who they were and what their lives were like. That's what makes antiquing and thrifting so much fun! Loved the video!

Lovely video! I live in Brighton, Michigan and I we have from time to time snow in October, so I typically start decorating for Christmas in October so I'm finished by Thanksgiving. Call me crazy. I put up several trees and decorate every room. I seem to decorate for two seasons Spring and Summer, and then fall and winter. 😊

Thank you for sharing this amazing estate sale. My husband & I have several hand made quilts by his mother & we even have his grand mothers quilt frame that was hung from ceiling & every one would gather around to quilt. I am believing this is a dying art, unfortunately>
