How refreshing, Johni, to watch a crafter make a lovely item without recommending items that cost more than many of us can lay out should we want to recreate the item. These are really pretty and so unique! Can’t wait to see what you’re making from egg cartons. Thanks. Enjoyed!
Thank you so much! I agree, I just can’t pursue every new thing that comes out for crafting. I admire those who do but I’ve always been a thrifter at heart. ❣️
What a fun video to watch. I tried that method a couple of years ago and now I need to go back and try again. Mine were user effort for sure😂. Do you wait until one layer dries before you apply the next one. Btw, your projects turned out gorgeous. I loved they were not like everyone else makes. Great job!!
Thank you so much Myra for your sweet comments! I don’t dry them between layers, I just keep spraying and layering through the 8 layers. It was so much fun and I do hope you will try them again. I’m sure you’ll come up with something way more creative than mine. Your brain just works that way. 🥰❣️
Hi there!! Wow, absolutely stunning!! I love how you painted and did the dry brushing!! You did a great job embellishing them!! Very unique!! TFS Jeanne Baton Rouge 21:03
These are all so lovely, Johni, shabby chic at it's finest! And I love your choice of ribbon embellishments! One question, did you have any issues with your stamps and moulds afterwards as far as cleaning them?
Thank you for your kind comments and for your lovely French language. 🇫🇷 I used to watch Deirdre and recently rediscovered her so I will be doing future projects with basic supplies and her techniques. 👍 Thank you so much! ❣️
Hi Johni! I'm so intrigued by this new & unique craft. We are country bumpkins, so we have a septic system & use only septic safe paper, 1 ply. I would imagine I would have to use 2 ply paper? Great video! Thank you!
Hi Mary! Yes, isn’t this wild that it actually makes a usable craft! My TP says septic safe but it is 2 ply. So yes, you may need to do more layers with 1 ply. Maybe stack them 2 layers deep and spray between each 2 layers. Give it a try and let us know how it goes! Have fun! ❣️
👋 😊 im new here and have subscribed to your channel today. I love this craft! Who knew you could do this from toilet paper 🧻 wow! Im definitely going to try this out and i love that you added faith based texts to your crafts! 😊 thank you for sharing your God given gifts with us all. I look forward to seeing all your other videos now. God bless you abundantly in Jesus precious beautiful name Amen & much love from me too in the UK 🇬🇧 ❤🙏✝️👑♥️🥰😘
Oh Johni, I just love these. They almost look like plaster.
Thank you so much! I thought they look like plaster too. The feel and texture is nice. I may make a few more. 😉❣️

Thanks so much, glad you liked it! No problems at all with anything sticking and no residue. They’re actually cleaner than when I use air dry clay.

Love this!!❤❤
Thank you so much! ❣️
What brand of tissue did you use to not have the heavy quilted tissue? Thanks!!
It was Wal-Mart’s brand “Great Value Soft and Strong”. It does have a quilting pattern on it and it looks to be 2 ply. 😉❣️
