Nice degreasing .I use a Japanese KURE spray cleaner for degreasing chain. This is super great .

One such item is the dishing tool. I saw a video that showed how to make a low cost one for home use. Your video inspired me to build one of those to be more thorough on the wheel service 👍😎 thanks

By useing the drill with wire brush you wearing down the threads on the bottom bracket idealy you realy need to face the threads with a bottom bracket faceing threading tool. Have you been rideing off road and the bike left outside to the elements all that gunk and rust or do you clise to coastal area as the sea air is full of salt and plays havoc with bikes if not washed and lubed regularly

Do you see any chance without this special nut for removal?

Just place the derailleur in in a ultrasone bad just with water and little bit soap. Don't use cleaning oil derivatives, is not healty at all!
