I own 2 laundromats in low income areas. I work about 25 hours a week and gross about 240K a year. whilst working with an advisor like Julianne Iwersen Niemann. I used to work in Sears repairs,, so I saved money by fixing my own machines. Believe it or not, the soap detergent vending machines bring in a good amount as well. Trust me starting and maintaining a profitable business starts with properly managing your finance.

Peter I have 1500 sq ft space with 15 parking spots And only one laundromat within 1 mile Is it a good idea to build a laundromat ? And how many machines can go in this size space ?

I don’t get it either. To spend multi-millions on a house. Do they really need that many bathrooms?? Imagine the maintenance and expense. It’s a noose around your neck and hard to sell these huge houses.

I don’t see Peter answering any of the questions on here. I also notice that he stopped posting about laundromats about a year ago (today is 9/14 when I’m posting this). I know he builds mats but what are people seeing about remodeling existing locations that already have laundromat infrastructure ( see Danny D’Angelo “free laundromat”).

Yet another RUclips video that glosses over the hard work required and the problems that come with this business. First of all, the machines break down a lot, who is going to make the calls to the mechanic to fix them? Their cost? Damage to clothes from a bad machine? This is a business like any other and it comes with headaches. There's no easy ride (except buy and hold bitcoin long tern IMHO).

So location is the 1st thing I should look into? Do you think I should scope out the laundromat we have in town.
