Hey ! I absolutely love how u don’t care about bleeping out cussing I absolutely can’t stand when people bleep it out it’s so annoying! Thanks again for not making it annoying lol
You should consider putting blue light bulbs in the bathrooms. They can't find veins when you do. We have them in ours. We have seen a decrease in homeless and drug users.
@@jeanvieleajee I own a laundromat myself. I all depends on what you want to take on. To build one from scratch would cost hundreds of thousands if not a million depending on where you are. I choose the cheaper route and bought one that had been run down a little, but not so much it would cost a fortune. After we got it, we cleaned it up, repaired the machines and keep them in repair and choose to be fully attended due to the higher crime rates now. Our strategy worked cause we are now (1.5 years later), one of the best laundromats in the city.
Like you said, you might even look at the comment. Here's it goes! Buy video cameras for the business you got. Post them as the story of each building and hire a person to cut the clips to post more. The best part is more views, more subscribers, and more RUclips cash, I bet. Going try this idea from a new subscriber?
Hi Peter, Congratulations on your 2'fer! When you say this store is doing 5K a week, I am assuming that is gross revenue? What a cluster fuck with the electrical, I hope that electrical situation doesn't hurt a kid. That is really fucked up! This should be a great location. I know you will turn this chicken shit place into tasty chicken salad! Best, Tague
@@petermayberry You should be able to accomplish that. Would be great to literally double the revenue, which means you doubled the value as well if not more. Who knows, it might have been doing even better than 5k per week depending on how much the dirt bags were stealing from the machines with the lids opened up. Like you said, the previous owner probably didn't even know it was happening.

@@ChockFullofQuarters been there, many times.
You told me this in Orlando. I need to check into that!
Yes, finally the truth about these people that walk in with a backpack and go straight to the bathroom. They are not college students.
How do you deal with homeless people, people hanging out/ drug dealers/ soliciting in the area out in front of the laundromat?
$5k/week?? Unreal- That thing will be a cash cow when you are done with it. It's amazing he could even make 5k/month with that dump. Keep rocking.
Same to you brother!
Love your video and info. How did YOU get started in the game, LAUNDROMAT
Love the videos man please keep them coming!
Hello, Peter! Would you advise someone starting out in the laundromat business to look for an existing laundromat or to start from scratch?
Depends entirely on the area you are in.
📝 okay thank u! I live in DMV area 🤔 I’ll have to go around town and see what’s out there

What would you do about the drug addicts? How do you resolve that?
I assume by buying you mean leasing or actually buying? It seems that most laundromats nowadays says buying when they’re actually leasing it.
Lock the bathrooms for a few months, break the cycle.
Omaha doesn’t allow us to lock them. So frustrating!
@@petermayberry Oh, I wasn't asking. Mine has been locked for 3 years. Code access is kind of a grey area that seems to work.

We are actually looking at doing something very similar to this.

Yes 5k gross a week so 20k a month. It should not be doing that mush as an unattended store that is this dirty. My hope is we get it to 10k a week.
