I literally just watched your video on the 3 things to look for when opening a laundromat. Liked and subscribed hoping to find out more about running a laundromat and found this video telling me I shouldn’t open one!

You hit the nail right on the head. Over saturated is so true . I see them build across the street from a existing store or go 2 blocks down the street and build from the ground up. Both stores with Dexter equipment. It does not make sense.

I don’t see Peter answering any of the questions on here. I also notice that he stopped posting about laundromats about a year ago (today is 9/14 when I’m posting this).
I know he builds mats but what are people seeing about remodeling existing locations that already have laundromat infrastructure ( see Danny D’Angelo “free laundromat”).

How can you say laundromats and then be building a new Laundromat.

My parents have owned multiple restaurants, v hard industry. Small margins, work all the time, unreliable workers

Gotta pay for reliable workers. No ones gonna be reliable for a measley 12$ an hour anymore. Thats the problem these restaurants dont pay shit and wonder why they cant keep people

Hi Pete , I do small laundry at unit complex’s but are open to public 24 /7 . They were run down, owners basically gave them away to me no rent . I retooled need equipment. Averaging 7+ turns a day . Unfortunately I can only get 9 washes and 10 dryers in there . But hitting $15,000 a month at 75% Net . Desperate for a bigger site ? Any tips on new sites .

paranoid laundromat owners always offended when you come check it out. They should be, because they are working it and you are scouting the area. Lol.

The intersection near my ice machine has 3 mats. 4 more within 2 miles and some idiot is doing a new build right now. The last one built 18 mos ago has been for sale almost since opening and dropped 300k in asking price.... fools and their money!

Ok Peter. What is a business or idea that you would recommend since the Laundromat business may be over saturated? When I meet you in Vegas at Danny's convention, I could tell you're very intelligent. Come on buddy, help us common folks out. Thanks for the videos. Greatly appreciated your insights.
