We're I live there is no water however water pipe is about 200ft from my house is there any pump can suck the water from there in my home, I don't want to leave any pump on the road
Probably a transfer pump. This is for shallow wells. I’m sure it could be rigged up somehow but from what I’m understanding, you need a pump to pull water from a source 200ft away? You’d need something to keep it pressured to your house. Probably easier to pay or do it yourself to have a well dug at your house.
@@squank252 OK thanks
Yeah I've gone through a few hundred rolls but have never barbequed in my life bahhahahah
Go for it!
😂😂😂it's the simple things in life 👍
It sure is lol
I think is your pressure switch. That's bad on your old pump cuz it's just humming not getting enough ground
I’m not sure honestly. It functions off of water pressure. If it was defective and electrical I feel like it would have continued to pump water around to repressurize. My new one has done the same thing on the gauge. Lowes sells them pretty cheap. Nothing to them. Just unscrew and screw the new one in. Not really a switch. My new pump, works great and the gauge has done the same thing. Just a cheap gauge I think.
Just purchased mine $279.00 + $8.00 ship.
You probably got the current gen. I believe this was most likely on clearance as a new gen was slated soon after from what I can remember. Fantastic shooting little pistol though.
You can also prime it from the top of the spigot. The plug is for people who have different setups in which you cant fill from the outlet.
Last two I setup here at this well, I filled from the spigot. It took a little more time but easier to me. Opened the spigot, or fill plug, fill it up until it starts to run back out, let it rip. Took about 5 seconds and it started sucking from the bottom perfectly.
@@squank252 it is a good fn pump for sure.
Can it be hard wired instead of using the cord
I’m sure it could if you don’t mind cutting the plug off and splicing together or removing the short cord from the box on the pump, then hardwiring directly there. I left the plug and just used outdoor grade boxes to have the ability to plug other things out there. (Lights, tools, etc)
Anyone who says that's burnt don't belong in front of a grill😂
Agreed. Thing was amazing and so tender.
Adding some data to videos about this pump and tank combo: I've measured with a fluke clamp meter the inrush/max as 40A 120Vac.
Thanks
How deep is this thing pulling ?? And what’s on the bottom of the 1” pipe that’s in the well casing
The actual hole is roughly 26’ deep from ground to tip of point. Is schedule 40 piping, the thicker pipe, inside couplings you can find in well sections of stores, and at the bottom is a slitted well point I got from Lowe’s.
seems super fun!! i hope you guys had an amazing time together!!
Indeed we did and always do. We do this often.
❤
Be a parent. We need more real ones.
Just bought one of these to pressurize my irrigation. I also have just the pump for extracting from the pond. Thanks. Really informative.
I really enjoy mine. Fantastic little setup for a cheap price compared to others on the market. I use mine daily.

Welcome
You did very well explaining all the steps. Thanks
Thanks Bob! I forgot to show that there is a small circle cover on the side of the tank that pulls off. That is where you connect your air hose to pressurize the tank. I just fill it with water and it works. Been pulling strong to water my flowers, garden, filled my pool, fill my chicken water, and apple trees.
Good tires though i have a set .👌
Hope I enjoy them as well.
Hmm! Rich people problem.
Hah I wish. Been wanting these for a while. Tried to buy one at a time and store them away.
Gotta say, pretty satisfied with Discount Tire and their return policy. They took this one back no problem. Got a matching 4th that should be here in a few days then off to the dealership to get them on and aligned. I’ll show the end results once it’s all finished.
They sent you 3 of the new generation Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs and one of the old generation. The new gen is an "RT" and the old ones are just standard.
Yep. The one different one I had purchased solo from discounttireditect.com. When they merged to tirerack.com apparently I got the newer ones. No problem. Just had to get one more. Now I got to try and get rid of the old one.
Symptom like that means the us$5 capacitor is busted.
Could be. The original was given to me. I wasn’t sure what the wear was on it. It was loud and horrible sounding but it worked. Lasted a good while. I wanted a new one and found one on a good price. Plus it was fun and gave me something to do!
23psi on the air tank that you have to fill up with air
Yes. There’s a plug on the side. Have to unscrew the cover. I just fill it with water and it seems to work just fine.
I'm considering taking my rear ones off for better looks, but wondering if you experienced any issues with paint chipping because of it?
Not so much after the rear wheel, however I have had a few that fling from the front. The rear only has about a foot or two after the wheel. I don’t drive in the best paint situations however.
I have the same as the New Pump . The black box on top has a start capacitator you can replace when it goes bad . $10 . The bladder inside my tank went bad at 2 years old . To avoid burning out the motor and start capacitator unplug the pump , open the water valve and add air to the back of the tank . Black round plastic thing on the back on the tank unscrews showing a tire air valve . The pressure gage should drop to 20 psi . Close water valve . add air to 40 psi .I have to add air every two days . I'm sure the bladder can be replaced but I'm too lazy to try it . Have fun ....
Yeah I agree. I could have probably taken this motor completely apart and replaced a bad bearing but for the cost I just assume to replace it. If I can get me a couple of years out of it then I’m happy. I put mine through plenty of good use.
3:30 that’s some awesome mirror like paint! Chemical Guys wash FTW
Amazing booster
Yep
Do you travel?
I enjoy traveling but this show was local.
@swift take note
Take that STEP!!!
I do 5k on my regular 5.7. More is crazy
Flex fuel is “required” at 5k. Regular engine is saying 10k is fine but take it with a grain of salt. Our Camry states 10k as well but I do it before then.
@@squank252 The Car Care Nut, Dave’s Auto Center, Humble Mechanic etc all say 10k is too long if you care about your motor. AMI grad and motor head myself and never was comfortable with 10k other than my TDI.
Can you use flexibility pex instead of PVC?
Have to check the ratings I imagine. This is a schedule 40 piping for a higher pressure rating. It’s thicker walled compared to the regular pvc. Also I’m not sure if the sun would eat it up over time or if it’s UV resistant.
You may just need a new capacitor on the old pump
Not sure. It was given to me and to be honest I had no idea how old it was. It was fun to replace it.
I gave it a thumbs up for the 🍻 BEER 👍
Part of the process!
@@squank252 I changed my 2015 tundra oil today
@@prestonfreeman8443good deal. Hope you drunk your beer!
These trucks do not like these intakes . Better off keeping the stock box.
Not sure why you say that. Mine seems to like this one OK. Sure you need to watch how much oil is on ‘wet’ filters versus ‘dry’ filters but my truck has had zero issues so far. Thanks for watching. Sounds great fyi. 78k miles so far and I got it brand spanking new off of the lot with no problems. True last of a dying breed.
@@squank252great to hear . It’s just several of these trucks will throw codes and dusting is an issue . I had both tried it on my truck and there was zero difference and I like the protection of the stock box. These intakes are wastes of money
She smiled at me last time and said word for word, “she has had so much fun over here since they started playing together.” She also told me “she isn’t really scared of nature anymore since I’ve started teaching her.” That’s a damn shame. Awesome at the same time, but a damn shame…….
The rear of the tank has a sharader valve fitting where you're supposed to pressurize with air up to 23#.
Good to know. Figured there had to be a better way to properly pressurize it!
Hah na man. Southern quick accent filming on a phone trying to make it a short.
How do you like the K&N? I have a 2020,i installed a Stillen cold air intake i love it
It’s not too bad. It’s obviously louder than stock which we all would expect that. It’s not bad though to me. Sounds great when it opens up. When I tow my camper it holds gears longer and higher rpms so you’ll hear it more often, but overall I enjoy it. Easy to clean when needed as well.
Sweet, yeah the stillen is easy enough to clean but I really love it because it's totally closed off in its own box and it has 2 air injection points, from the fender as normal from stock and a extra inlet from the grill making it a true cold air intake and a ram air intake in one
I don't remove the oil filter plug. Just remove the housing. Yeah, it's a little messy but saves you so much time. I watched a certified Toyota mechanic change the oil. Thanks for the video.
You’re welcome and thank you for watching! Agree that you do not need to remove the little plug on the bottom of the oil filter. You can just remove the filter. Nothing wrong at all with doing that. Just a little messy as you said. I just did it for those who have never done it before and was curious what the little plastic plug was for. I need to break down and buy that metal housing honestly.
That Toyota mechanic was lazy! The OEM package for the O ring specifically says "replace both O rings". Those guys will never care for your truck as much as you do!
@@ironmaiden8625i agree, remove the plug and replace both gaskets. Do it properly. Not the lazy way. There’s a HUGE difference in quality when you take your $40-$50k new vehicle to a dealership for maintenance and you choose the correct one for the job.
That mentality of "Truck Gun" if it gets stolen is no problem, needs to stop. Be responsible! Someone's life could be taken because of this irresponsible mindset.
Nothing wrong with a “truck gun” or “car gun”. What needs to stop is young “thugs” thinking that it’s ok to break into vehicles because they’re lazy and want to take things versus working for them. Just saying……..if I lock my vehicle and lock my weapons up. That’s responsible. If someone doesn’t teach their children to be decent people…..that there is NOT responsible. What we need is parents stepping up and THEM BEING RESPONSIBLE.
Where did your friend find this gun at that price?
It was over a year ago on a discount website that has the suppliers listing. It was technically on a clearance I guess you could say since the newer gen was coming out. One of those websites like slickdeals where it just has a bunch of deals. He saw it so I asked him to buy two. One for him and one for me to see if it was legit and it was a fantastic buy.
@@squank252 I highly suggest you delete the last two sentences above.... Just sayin...
What size fuel tank does your truck have? I've been looking at getting a used Toyota and I loved the big tank my old F150 Eco had. Some sites say they have 38 gallon other sites say 26.
Mine is a 38. The normal standard size for this gen is 38 as long as you get the SR5 package which most come with unless you special ordered it without it. The older models came with the 26.
@@squank252you only fill about 30 though at empty right?
@@kdaltexcorrect. I apologize for the delay on response. I didn’t get the notification. If I’m down to zero miles left, and then fill up, it’ll top off around 32 gallons. The tank holds a small “reserve”. Doesn’t show you on mileage because it’ll cut itself off to avoid burning the fuel pump out. It’s a 38 gallon tank but you’ll use about 30-32 before it shuts off. Keeps the fuel pump from burning itself out.
I got one and it worked flawlessly. One thing to keep in mind, is it does not have a Glock type finish. It will scratch. So just be aware that it needs the same handling considerations as your S&W M19.
Right on. I still love mine especially for the price. It's a fantastic sidearm to carry around or leave in a vehicle......locked up of course.
Use a socket to set your new bearing..
Also works as well. Multiple ways to set it in place.
that’s awesome that you helped him build a grill!
Grilling with fire is always awesome. Helping an 86 year old who has done many things, also awesome.
I am a big fan of 1911's but i bought this one for 200 without any expectations and i was amazed with the quality and reliability of this pistol, its a great deal, as well as it open my mind about polymer pistols, i bought my CC by canik MC9 because this one pistol which open another field of pistol that i never used before, now i carry kimber Mico 9 or canik MC9 depnds on my mood. Thank you giving your honest opinion about this pistol. I made my purchase because of your video.
Glad to have helped. I hope you enjoy it. I’ve enjoyed mine for sure. I also love a good 1911. I have a Ruger SR1911 short barrel. I’ve enjoyed shooting the BRG. My go to is my Beretta.
Jesus most people can't even fill up their gas tank for $160 bucks nowadays, that's a rockin deal. I just ordered the FDE model for $245.00. Could have gotten the black for $219, but paid a bit more for what I wanted. Atleast I'll be able to tell it apart from my Springfield XD9 in a pinch by color code 😉. Good straightforward review 👍.
I agree. This was a steal of a deal. I assume for a clearance model. My Tundra is the same price to fill up lol. That’s not a joke unfortunately. This shit is stupid these days. FDE is a fantastic color choice. My M9A3 is a color like that.
Need to spray it.
I’ll try it next time.
Seems 20w50 is the best oil in south west america TSC has no parts for them this year
I go to my dealer here in my little town. Go in and ask for a filter and grab 2 quarts off of the shelf. They sell and service these mowers so I go there and get my parts when needed. My closest TSC is about a 20-30 minute drive. The dealer is about 2.
