- Quick and easy oil change for annual maintenance for the Hustler mower. It has the Kawasaki FR691V 23.0hp engine. It's about 2quarts of oil. I went ahead and changed the blades as well. They're cheap enough, may as well go ahead and do that too for another smooth year of cutting.

It is super easy to do the maintenance on these. Easy access to everything. I actually discovered a bad wheel bearing in my front right wheel this week. Guess I’m buying a new bearing and a threaded rod to press the new one in soon.
Seems 20w50 is the best oil in south west america
TSC has no parts for them this year
I go to my dealer here in my little town. Go in and ask for a filter and grab 2 quarts off of the shelf. They sell and service these mowers so I go there and get my parts when needed. My closest TSC is about a 20-30 minute drive. The dealer is about 2.
