My name is Damon and I am looking to change the world. I know that’s a bold statement, but it is true. I am a Lifestyle Health Coach, a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor and Brain Cancer Survivor Turned Thriver.
I would love to take you on a journey that shows you how to take more control of your mind, body and soul.
For me, mindset is everything. It helped me turn a brain tumour diagnosis into my super power. The Wim Hof Method has helped me so much with mindset, healing my body and growing stronger, that I decided to become an Instructor so that I could share this power with others.
A few years ago, it was the WHM that took me from a place of thinking I was going to die before I was 50 (I was 40 at the time), to thinking that ANYTHING is possible when we create the right conditions for our minds and bodies…….That’s quite a statement and shift in mindset, isn’t it?!

Following on from my video on Monday where I was wondering if round 6 of chemo would begin or not….. Thanks for all your love and support! 1 week left now. I haven’t been feeling too good this time round…..but that has it’s benefits……! Just to clarify, when I’m comparing my blood levels, the comparison was between before round 6 and before round 5, not after round 5 as I stated in the video! Ha...

I finished round 1 of chemotherapy last Friday, and it felt good to finish and get that under my belt. Chemotherapy has presented a different mental challenge for me to Radiotherapy. Ok random but for the visualisations how about… A big squishy heart with arms and legs hugging the tumour so hard it pops and disintegrates. Or a big wave of love in the form of your friends & fam wiping it out!

About 3:30 minutes in I mention that positive thoughts release endotoxin.....ah! Tongue tied and meant endorphins, serotonin, dopamine etc....! definitely not endotoxin. Wim Hof was injected with endotoxin as part of an experiment to demonstrate how powerful our minds are, and he managed to have zero reaction to the bacteria being injected into him...through the power of the mind......

What's the worst that can happen?
We experience some positive thoughts and start to take more positive action?! As humans we do have a tendency to worry about making mistakes, and that fear or failure can sometimes hold us back. But what if there are no mistakes, only opportunities to grow and learn......

what I take from that is a message of focus your energy on now - the only thing that is real, is the present, right now. That doesn't mean don't plan for the future, it means plan but make sure you really engage in the present moment as that will propel you forwards in so many ways
