Damon Bowen-Ashwin - Adapt+Flow - A few things that have helped my chemo journey + stuff coming up..

With round 4 of chemotherapy starting next week, I am keen to play a role in giving back to the cancer community and beyond.
In this video I reflect and share what’s been working well for me. This journey has been such a learning experience, and I’m sure it will continue to be. Installing new and healthy habits is something you have to practice - you don’t just learn something and then you’re set for life…you have to keep on working that muscle to install a new habit or mindset….this has become very apparent for me and awareness of this has helped me significantly.
I’m just past halfway on the chemo treatment plan, and now feel that I’m in a place where I can start to give back.
