I finished round 1 of chemotherapy last Friday, and it felt good to finish and get that under my belt. Chemotherapy has presented a different mental challenge for me to Radiotherapy. I’m certainly continuing to learn about myself, what makes me tick and what I need to do to survive, and then go from surviving to thriving….It’s a journey and so reminding myself it’s a journey is very helpful in taking the pressure off myself.
I wrote this song this week as an outlet and also a reminder of how far I’ve come, and motivation to keep on.
Thanks to the people who support me on a daily basis, and all the other support I’m lucky enough to receive….
Oh, and as I didn’t mention it in the video…..WIM HOF method is amazing, please do your own research into it…..!
