A bit late to say about the train jerking, but I’m not surprised that Alstom didn’t fix this issue, as I’ve also ridden another one of their trains, the X’Trapolis in Melbourne, notorious for having coiled springs so they literally bounce a lot (and obviously you can’t even cross between cars), and as I’ve seen in countless other videos, they really slip like mad whenever the rails get wet, and apparently the motors seem to also highlight that issue quite obviously.
