Even though TEL3 was recently opened, the line also had distruptions, most recently earlier this month.
This is the problem with SMRT. Back then, SMRT trains ran very smoothly and there were little to no incidents. Now modern SMRT has many problems like train breaking down or track fault. It's horrible but at least the staff are helpful and friendly but i am still disappointed with the maintenance of the equipment
Also part of the reason is becos they used qingdao sifand trains for the tel, and qingdao sifang is known for their horrible quality trains and unreliable service

Fault?
Despite HK MTR which is older than SMRT, it has less breakdown. Why? Because it started with a HoChing's best friend a experienced Sale girl who was appointed for a engineering job. The experienced engineers, technicians etc who was with MRT from the first day resigned one by one because they could not agreed with her priorities of shops retails over maintenances. As a result it all downhill till today. I still remember her sitting atop a pedestals carried by four hunky men while she dressed up in a Cleopatra.
Why smrt keep having disruptions?????? 😡😡😡
