How's the shifting after the bypass installation?

How much would it normally cost somebody to clean the EGR and intake manifold if I was to take it to a mechanic and are you in Perth and what do you charge to do them if you do do them? Thanks cheers I have a 2011 RC Colorado 3 L diesel with 306,000 km on it.

is it common that the window mechanism on the dmax 2014 breaks? how to fix this? the window is not going down anymore.

Thank you from Oamaru south island New Zealand. Mine just fell off after 12 years. Lucky it dropped on soft soil. I was going to use butyl tape which was specd to do same job apparently. Anyways I'm going to pre install a cheap glass vacuum handle to the inside of glass then tape like you then rush inside to gently tether rope to handle and sinch up till cured.

At how many kms did u get your clutch replaced? And did you have a lift when you put those 265/75s on and had to chop up your guards? Cheers

Must you remove the throttle body first before cleaning the manifold? If so does the gasket need to be replaced prior?

I’m way late to the party here but swhat was you actually grinding down on the backside of the finder? I assume from what I can see and hear that you were grinding on metal. Did you cut or anything on the bottom of the wheelwell liner? If you did, how did you reattach the liner on the bottom to the body of the wheelwell?

If I could just add 1 thing I would recomend putting your race in the freezer for a while and only take it out just before install and also pre heat the hub so that the hub expands and the race contracts, it helps

Helpful video, just to let everyone know though it is in fact possible to undo the heater hose clamp there's no need for tin snips, 1/4 rachet with a 12mm from the underside of the hose once the egr valve is off the manifold and comes straight off just a little tight
