I don't know if you are aware but "smooth brain" is a really insensitive phrase to use as an insult (to yourself or anyone else). It is based on the often terminal condition lissencephaly - where people are born with less folds in the brain. Just thought you might not be aware that people find this really hurtful to be used, and might not want to use it on your thumbnail. There are some great people to learn from about lissencephaly on Instagram etc who have talked a lot about this phrase becoming more widely used recently and why it is hurtful.
