Does dude just have a cold or annoying american accent, or did he actually say 40 Billion dollar renovation? Cos it's million.
Mate, I gave you a thumbs down just on the fact that you’re there to try pizza but when you take a bite…well, what bite. The video was great up until that point where you lost me.
Just snagged a reservation for Friday today !
Casa boneeeee-taaaaa
Get a french dip at Carmine Leonardo's in Lakewood. Fantastic local shop with super friendly staff.
Those frijoles 🫘 looked sad.
Bummer they have video games.
I am a mileage junkie, and the Venture X has become my favorite credit card, beating out Chase Ink. Since my home airport is DEN, the Capital One lounge is a great benefit, but there are two major drawbacks. 1) It is often full, and they may have a waitlist. I always arrive at the airport early, but not early enough to spend 15-30-45 minutes on a waitlist for a lounge. I have never asked, but I wonder if you can take something from the grab-n-go without actually being admitted to the lounge? That would be a nice option, especially for somebody flying economy. Sadly, the crowds will only get worse as more Venture X cards are issued. Given how slowly Capital One is rolling out their lounges, I doubt that expansion of an existing lounge would even be considered in the next decade. 2) Even when the lounge is not full, there is often a long line for the bathrooms, which means they did not install enough toilets for the intended lounge capacity. It seems that would be a simple formula? On at least a few occasions, I have left the lounge and gone down the escalator to use the public bathrooms with the hoi polloi. 😆😂 Fortunately, those bathrooms are right at the bottom of the escalator, so it is not a major inconvenience. I always tell the lounge attendants that I will be right back, so I do not need to go through the admittance process again. The Capital One Lounge is not on par with some of the glamorous international business class lounges (Yeah, I'm looking at you Doha, Istanbul, Tokyo, Singapore, Polaris,....), but it blows away most domestic airline lounges.
You really have to try Big Sky Burgers in Lakewood, near Jewel and Kippling. It has the most amazing Burgers with an Asian flair.
I feel bad for the last 600,000th person in line💀
Please do Lakewood! If there is any good food to be found
Gratuitys a better term then a tip when you have no choice in if you give it or not. But i was very surprised this is a real place and not just a South Park restaurant. Was the food really that dangerous in the past ?
I never knewr This place was real. Thats cool
I wanna drive a McLaren
I loved this place as a kid! 😂❤
Arapahoe road not far from what? Can't understand. Gyros and Grill is at the Southwest Plaza Mall. Very delicious.
Check out Zaytoon NE corner of Quebec and E County Line. It's tucked away in the back of the Plaza right beside Nolia and close behind the Valvoline Instand Oil Change.
❤👍
House Of Bread by far has the best Armenian/Mediterranean food. I strongly suggest you look through their online menu before going there. You must try the lamb kebab.
I’ve been trying to put them in a video! 😀I’m there often!
Do I need the closet possible seats to get the best experience or is all of it good?
Depends on the venue a bit! If you’re sitting in the round, I think all the seats are pretty even. If it’s a flat floor with a traditional seating setup, then closer will matter slightly more. I think most of the stages are raised, even just a little, so I wouldn’t worry too much about being in the first row.
"gambling... i mean working" 😆😆
Dog 🐕 is eating better than their owners silly humans
This is awesome, thanks Dave!
Thanks so much for checking it out!
Looks like so much fun!!
Sakura Bowl!! Couldn’t recommend it more
Puttshack has gender neutral multi stall bathrooms... Grown men with your daughters...
Pretty big stretch-each toilet has its own full height door that locks. They have changing tables, and it's really clean. The sink area is shared.
Are there good 1 day tour around denver?
If you're not visiting in the winter, one of my favorite tours is by Mile High Bike Tours. It's such a fun way to see a bunch of different parts of the city!
wellness sushi
Thank you for this very thorough and thoughtful review!
Thanks so much for checking it out! :)
Dancing Noodle! Love them so much, easily my favorite restaurant. Also have been waiting for Tea Street to open for a while so it's good to hear that they finally have. I live pretty close so it's embarrassing that I didn't notice myself lol
These are really good players
We are about to get another one in Frederick. Mr. Zilla's Pizza and Meco Coffee Collective dropping into 4th and Oak in Frederick. A good hit of Coffee and a Linguiza sausage southshore pizza? Oh heck yes.
It's clear why Cartman really wanted to go there with Stan, Kenny and Kyle.
Check out Big Sky Burgers in Lakewood!
I can count on two hands that number of times I've driven to Denver in 42 years. So not interested in driving around for 45 minutes looking for a parking spot closer than a quarter mile from where I'm trying to go and then get hit with the price of everything. Besides, it's a Dem sanctuary city and I value my vehicle, my wallet, and my life, so I'll pass on the long and scary gas-eating drive to get some of Denver's over-priced food. I'm so not impressed with Denver and its maniac drivers.
South park is ass
It's still better than family guy
@ yeah but not by much
Dave! You’re on my recommended shorts page! Nice work💪🏼
Haha this video has been showing up for people for a while! Have a new project idea once you're out of busy season! :)
I love the fresh cold restaurants with a theme and vibe like this. I hope there’s animal sounds and stuff near the caves and waterfall & that it smells a little like chlorine lol. Idk why I love it so much
Holy molé! 🇬🇧
I'm a regular at Nancy's (Federal and 71st). The food is delicious and served in healthy portions. The staff is super friendly and very professional.
"JUMP.....JUMP YOU ASSHOLE"
Hello, Mr. Chung, is there a way to find affordable nba AA tickets? it seems like every ticket site wants $4k- and up. is there any tricks to snagging one for cheap? or the prices are what they are?
I'd get in contact with a team's ticket rep and try to find a game at face value, usually against a less popular team on a weekday. I don't think "cheap" exists for being that close, but you shouldn't need to be price gouged if you're not in a major market.
@@davechung the Kaseya Center never return calls bro. i had been tryna get a rep for 2 years now and they never return the calls.
@@fatboigamer9543 it looks like the Heat’s season ticket number is 786-777-4667. If you haven’t tried that number yet, maybe give them a call and see if you can get a ticket person’s email to look up tix for you. www.nba.com/heat/tickets/season-ticket-memberships
Well I will be saving at least $4k by next season. I wanna have that Dave Chung experience.
DO GO TO RED ROCKS! because on the back end on the Alameda side is Dinosaur Ridge where you can see some Dino Footprints and there are some good hiking spots in that area. That be included in your trip to see the venue. Mt. Falco is a great way to see Red Rocks from the Mountain side and not the Denver side. Red Rox, Dinosaur Ridge, and Mt. Falco are do-able in a day, so you won't just be stuck looking at an empty venue. And this fun day is reasonably easy. An hour on The Ridge, 45 minutes at the Park/Rox then jump on to 285 after a bite in Morrison and drive south a bit until you get to the Mt. Falco turn off (google map it - you'll feel like you're in the mountains because Falco is lovely but less populated and less busy, and you won't have to put much effort into it) and don't forget to hit The Indian Peaks Trading Post at the foot of the Red Rox before you leave the venue. Morrison sits below Red Rox on the south side of the amphitheater, it's a cute little town outside of Red Rox) is quaint, and you can snag some food and gas there. I don't own a car. You CAN get around Denver (NOT RED ROCKS or MT. FALCO) without a car, but it IS a challenge, and it does help to plan out your trip in advance. And don't be afraid to use a service like Lyft or Uber for the in between. I routinely take the bus to Boulder from Denver. BUT some buses/trains stop at around or before 11:00 pm. Also, almost all of the venues other than Red Rocks are accessible by train or bus. I do it all the time as I work at The Mission Ballroom, Ball Arena, Fiddler's Green, Paramount, Ogden etc. et. al. Keep in mind you can get to your chosen venue by train or bus (NOT RED ROCKS!!!! you'll have to uber or drive to and fro and an uber there will be a cool $80 on the low side if you are lucky enough to get an uber willing to go there...much less trying to get back off the mountain)...say for example the #48 drops you off right in front of The Mission Ballroom from Civic Center Station...however, most shows don't end by 10:00 p.m. and that's when bus routes and trains start to thin out with many stopping service just before midnight. That's what I mean about uberin'g it for the "in between." ALSO, KEEP IN MIND IF YOU ARE COMING FROM BELOW SEA LEVEL, YOU'RE GONNA FEEL IT. Maybe give yourself a day to acclimate before trying any adventures. If you really can't wait...something I learned backstage while working with GD is imbibing Vitamin B...as in "Red Bull" energy drinks which I NEVER advocate except for this particular situation. Because they are stimulants, they will help your metabolism move faster which in turn will help slightly improve your oxygen levels. Something I've been recommending to roadies (who might drive from say Kansas to Denver overnight), friends and out of towners for a while now this is not advice. Just a suggestion. Finally, don't be shocked by Coloradoans "distant" behavior...you know, you offer a smile, and you get ignored. There are a lot of different people from a lot of different states and countries in this State, a lot of different customs but you will find pockets of super friendly people. And have FUN. Be safe. The sky's the limit literally! Denver is a hoot. And if you can't find something fun to do you need to try a little harder. Signed loving the Mile High Life. Oh, and as a person who doesn't own a car, I've figured out how to ski while also living 96 miles from ski areas!! without having to drive (cause skiing in Colorado is THAT far from Denver) That's a MAJOR feat. It's called Bustang. Take you straight to Vail Village just in case you want to hit the high country. Lots of shuttles too! See you soon!! Welcome.
Does the entry fee includes all the inside games or any extra charges inside?
The only upcharge would be the VR experience. You can choose to get that upfront when you get the ticket, or skip it if it's not for you :)
As a Canadian, South Park made me want to go here. Now that they fixed it/own it, I WILL go there one day.
I just went a few days ago and the restaurant was hard to get reservations for, but when I got there half the tables were empty! I think they have a staffing issue
I’m excited to actually eat there. You used to eat before you took the kids but I hear the food is good now
OMG I watched Casa Bonita Before ❤
The margaritas there will put you on your ass
I was a regular visitor at the old Casa Bonita and was happy to see it had been purchased and rehabbed. It was a marvel in it's hayday and we didn't go there for the food. It seems there is still the popular divers, shops and strolling musicians. The price however, shocked me as well as needing to get on a wait list. Their sopapillas were the best! So, I knew it would be a costly remake, but well done! I look forward to another visit in the future. It is THE place to take visitors!
