    As much as I love training triathlon as recreational athletes, I understand that financial limitations can significantly impact how much you can get out of your training and how much training you can do. I have a limited amount of tool but I’ll continue to grind because this is the sport I love and nothing makes me feel happier and more accomplished. God bless these athletes and I wish them a long successful career

      KB is not built for low intensity high oxygen daily life situations. he went full circle. easy things make him breath hard.

    Dear Gustav, thank you for being vulnerable with us and sharing the pain you have been through. I lost my father a couple of months ago and like you I wish I could have continued to share my life with him here. I am an amateur age grouper and I'm grateful that my Dad spectated my first IRONMAN a couple of years ago. You're an inspiration to all of us Gustav for your titles but also for the person you are.     I'm an 8 time sprint triathlon and duathlon champion here in Florida. Our mom's died 2 months apart. Same circumstances. It sucks. It's a serious gut punch. I miss her badly like you miss yours. It is difficult finding that wind in the sails again. There is still that pain that will always be there, but as time goes by, it will get better. Just hold on, stay busy and remember that the sunshine shines on our mom's through us now. Best to you Gustav.
