- Season 2 of the Norwegian Method begins in Sierra Nevada, where the boys test the new developments coming from Surpas, Body Rocket, and Core. The wider Santara Tech team and representatives from some of our partner brands joined the boys at altitude for one of their weeks, living at 2,500m, as Kristian continues hunting for a second Olympic title and Gustav chases a second Kona dream.

As much as I love training triathlon as recreational athletes, I understand that financial limitations can significantly impact how much you can get out of your training and how much training you can do. I have a limited amount of tool but I’ll continue to grind because this is the sport I love and nothing makes me feel happier and more accomplished. God bless these athletes and I wish them a long successful career
Great and very interesting stuff again! Thanks for sharing! And - alle the best - even for Gustav on his way back! :-)
this is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Turning left is the best 😂
Super cool insight. But I wonder how body weight differences would affect the speed outcome. Always wanted to hear this from Olav.
boom! 😎
Since we're at thermodynamics, can someone explain why they keep wearing black?
Black is actually the most efficient colour at releasing heat (and absorbing). :) It goes hand in hand: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black-body_radiation . So it depends on how much you will absorb from the outside vs generating from the inside
I still dont get it why aerodynamics would be so important, since the bike in the olympic distance race is usually a group ride.
Every Watt counts, even in a Peloton
Blu typically spends a lot of time on the front. Could also be important if they're trying to catch up to the lead pack (Gustav) or gain some separation heading into T2.
Need to understand how important it is to save watts through more aerodynamics. Wether in the peleton or time trial. Being more aerodynamic counts to saving watts
Gustav looks extremely muscular
Just wonder what Kenyans and Ethiopians would be capable of if they had access to this money and tech
Cricket's crickets
they already practice almost the exact same thing except accidentally.
Nothing, don’t forget why one countries economy works and the others doesn’t.
Yeah 😂 it’s all about the money, that’s why Saudi Arabia has all the best athletes
At 12:55 did the guy say pills in his bodies to measure temperature? That is some serious next level stuff.
they take their shit seriously
Yes, this is quite normal for bodytemperature testing. They validate the Core sensor like this (among other things)
@@rikophetveld364 I did not know that. thanks!
I saw video of cyclists doing it 16-17 years ago. So is nothing new
Bull Tech! 😂 thats what you get from physics and athletic preformance.
Science is killing competition. Don’t train. Just show up and compete. I’m over this
KB the overall GOAT. AB short course GOAT. MA long course GOAT.
Put some respect on Frodo’s name
@@alfiepenfold3801a man of taste
MA would have won the Olympics if they had Triathlon during his time
Mark Allan did not compete against the same depth of field as they do nowadays you need to look at the competition they competed agains MA only had Wolfgang and Scott as real competitors
@@TempoKemp Hard to compare as they come from such different eras, but I think prime Frodo would wipe the floor with prime Allen in the Olympic distance
