Very interesting to follow “the Norwegian train” and what they do with their method. Sad to see Gustav having so much trouble with his injury. But let's go Kristian. Paris 2024 will be interesting, that's for sure.

Kristian says at one point that if he does not train, he will cramp at the first run. Do you know where the cramps are coming from? I also have the tendancy to cramp and have rhabomyolisis in my quards and/or glutes at the first run after 3 days without training (by the way, a very good motivation for staying consistently activ 😉). Doctors suspect any type of rare myopathy, but are unable to find out, what might be wrong with my muscle cells. So very interested to know whether Kristian's case might be similar and, if so, about everything you might have found out or tested in this context (as you have obviously access to a lot more resources). Thx!

42:00- : I don't think Kristian is the favourite at the moment in the olympic distance. More like it would be a great comeback if he won (or was in podium) in Paris 👍👍👍👍
