I am also very picky with my cole slaw I don't like it when it tastes sour or dry. It has to be cream and a bit sweet. O on February the 6th me and my friend Katrina is taking our friend Traci for her birthday up at York steakhouse

We've been coming to Gatlinburg since 1977 and tried every pancake house in town several times each. There's a reason why the lines are always longest at Pancake Pantry (best thing on their menu may well be their French Toast!)!! Never much of a line at Flap Jack's, Little House of Pancakes, Sawyers, Momma's, etc and there's nobody better at pancakes 🥞 than the Pantry! Donut Friar for donuts and Olga's Yodel for cinnamon rolls! Best upscale (but reasonably priced) is Seasons 101 in downtown Sevierville, and best down home cooking is Cumberland Jack's, & the best downtown restaurant is the Cherokee. A great new one is Leconte Tapas (fabulous appetizers) and a great newer Mexican is Azul in PF. Great bar food at Tom & Earl's and Tennessee Jed's best sandwich shop by a mile! One to avoid like the plague is Ol Red's food (good music, gift shop, and music) but really bad food! Just our opinion, but with lots of research! Lol

I know this sounds crazy but they have some of the best quality hot dogs. The fresh salad is also my favorite

I think they should get rid of the app for sure. Upsetting customers is not a good way to do business. I’m not sure I would have even stayed.

That’s very frustrating with regards to the wait list, we’ve never had that problem at Crockett’s, but did have a similar situation at Pottery House Cafe. We only made that mistake once 😂. We do appreciate you explaining the process and the issues that you guys have, to try and keep other people from getting burned

They need to fix their app or just get rid of it. Generally speaking, if you lose 1 customer, you eventually lose 5 to 7 customers as the original customer will tell their friends and family what a bad experience they encountered at that business. The bacon looked great, nice and thick and not too fatty. By the way, Jennifer you look absolutely beautiful in today's video. You are such a pleasant lady and of course a great wife and Mom. I would have left after they made you wait even longer. Jace y’all ate at Pancake Pantry? We have several yrs ago and at the time it was our favorite. That has been a while, we are overdue to visit the great Smokies again. Planning a trip soon. I want to go when bears are out and about. I love bears, but not up close. 😁.

Not sure if I would want to wait that long for breakfast, but the food looked delicious. I love AppleBarn Farmhouse restaurant for breakfast and Log Cabin. Our favorite breakfast spots.

I am a long-time subscriber, and while I LOVE the restaurant videos, I must say this was an EXCELLENT VIDEO. I really enjoyed it. This will be VERY helpful to people who are traveling, because it gives them a VERY DETAILED look at and around the Hotel. You should start doing MORE Hotel Videos like this one, because this is very helpful. So many times, you go online to book a hotel, and they have all these fake doctored photo chop pictures that makes it look VERY GOOD, and when you arrive, it is completely opposite. Thank you for taking the time out and posting this video.

I will never come to this place. There are many others that are better. Customer service is most important.

Does the donkey with the guitar do anything? I saw it when I was there years ago but it was on the stage. It wasn't moving then.

I been in there a few times but never ate anything looks good sorry about the check in take care
