I got interview where the manager was happy to start working with me at a company that provides training services. He offered me a minimum wage and i accepted anyways since he seemed nice and the workload is managable. After 4 days of training. He called me and changed his mind and he said "you have experience in the banking industry and you will probably won't stay with us for 1 year because you are more likely to find a higher paining job". I was lucky that he revealed his red flags before i sign a contract with him.

And here we have what I call the hamster wheel advice. It's a classic. Probably one of the more picked pathways. At least until a better alternative comes along.

I turned 50 I moved out I live alone I read I create stuff/crafts I give away I go on walks I go on drives I cook the way tbey did in the old days. I eat healthy. I bake my own bread. I roast and grind my own coffee. I make beef jerky. I slice and dry fruits and vegetales... My life is full of wonders and, I consider myself to be a very blessed man.

The biggest problem is, High-ranking Managers and CEOs of Gen X and Boomers would rather go bankrupt and blame us young people - Millennials and Gen Z - than admit they are wrong. I have worked with such horrible bosses and I know how bad they can be. At least, Millennial bosses can still be reasoned with. Gen X bosses? Forget reasoning with them. F*** these bosses!
