DPC/ISR Lower is Better ONLY when Windows is in IDLE. If you start a Game the more Performance & Lowest Latency you have - the higher the DPC/ISR will be. Ofc. the goal is to get the best Performance/Latency with less DPC/ISR as possible BUT You cannot get the Best Performance/Latency with the lowest DPC/ISR ! The requirements for Single Player Games & Online FPS Shooters for ex. (where u need low input lag & high responsiveness) are different. You can have slightly lower FPS but better input lag. So highest FPS doesnt always mean the Best.

You do not need to Define a "Priority" - We are at a time now that Windows and Linux are both very good at defining priority for hardware devices. Believe it or not, defining a "High Priority" is only useful when you only have a few devices that serve the same function like "2 or more Gpus" or network cards. Setting separate devices to high Priority is likely to do nothing beneficial, and in worst case scenario it could cause a Blue screen. Keep in mind that MSI Utility tool while it is a great tool at simplifying your Device Manager information to make it easily readable, it can fix blue screens, but it can also cause them. Check the information about your Driver "inf" file as well. In most 99% of use cases, The end user will feel nothing except what's called a Placebo. The Gaming community are in general not a good source of information for this type of or level of performance tweaking. Server or production machines that are doing 1 specific task 24/7 are most likely to make good use of this tool. Additionally : The comments are quite entertaining. If you don't know how to stop "Ads" or how to even run this tool - you should prioritize learning things that come way before jumping to this level of performance tweaking. My goodness, on the plus side, guess this is good to keep Tech Support employed, for without dumb people, how would Tech support and customer service even have jobs right?

it only works for me when i just change the resolution to something higher in manual mode(default for me) and restart the laptop and it works!

Cheers Alchemyst, hope you do well. I was keen to adjust some settings on my Dell U4025QW using CRU. CRU shows the Display name, unfortunately, it wont show me the used resolution of 5120x2160. When trying to add it, text is red, so I even cant add is as a profile. Do you have any idea to add the profile in CRU? reason being, I do have extrem high VRAM values in idle, causing idle watts usage of around 105watts, therefore I wanted to adjust the vertical blanking lines... Have a good one!

Someone at Microsoft says this feature doesn't boost performance. It does!! theres soo many outdated stuff on it, or stuff Microsoft haven't deleted for example stuff that are (windows xp and or 2000 only) guys please start using this as a tweaker and its a shame microsoft arent supporting this automatically by getting rid of the old stuff we dont need no more.

Typically I find most tweaks like this are mostly dogmatic, but this one has offered some improvement. I've spent years researching DPC tweaks, and 99% of what people say is nonsense, so this is a nice surprise.

In my experimentations, i found that having D3D12AllowTiling, and D3D12HeapSerializationEnabled enabled together, can cause lighting to flicker in certain DirectX 12 games. The rest of the mentioned tweaks work great, and help alot.
