Hi, try to test sys main off vs on recently they say that disabling it is bad for systems, like it used to be necessary to disable it, but now it is not.

I haven't noticed any changes with off and on in my system.
You not gonna see any impactful difference especially in terms of FPS . This service usually causing latency issues
always disable on ssd, enable on hdd. this service just remembers the startup of programs so it starts up faster.
