To proactively address potential questions, please note that this option operates correctly ONLY when the Multimedia Class Scheduler Service (MMCSS) is enabled. Otherwise, there are two possible outcomes: 1) It may not function at all. 2) It might work but with issues. For those of you who are professionals seeking to eliminate even the slightest sound delay, I recommend using a value of 100 in decimal format. In terms of gaming performance, based on the data I've collected, disabling the System Responsiveness feature seems to be the better choice, especially when considering the AVG Duration Fragmented metric. It's important to mention that testing FPS isn't necessary because there was no noticeable difference, which aligns with our expectations. The "System Responsiveness" component doesn't primarily impact gaming performance, as you might assume. Its primary role is to manage and enhance overall system performance, not specifically related to gaming. Lastly, the specific game you're playing doesn't affect this setting. As I mentioned earlier, it either works or it doesn't. If you have the time and interest, feel free to conduct your own experiments. Otherwise, you can rely on the data presented and make your decisions accordingly.

@@Alchemytweaks Update: I heard a small audio crackle while playing ETS2 - it persists after a while. As with the systemresponsiveness being at 10%, I decided to go back to default value of (20). Don't want audio crackle while driving lol

@@Alchemytweaks Thanks for the response. Btw, how about networkthrottlingindex? Do you suggest it be disable or just the default value? by the way, do you still use the MMCSS registry key 'AlwaysOn' ?

So it's better to disabled both MMCSS and System Responsiveness for gaming ? Thanks for testing bro !
I explained in the pinned comment , keep enabled MMCSS and disable system responsiveness for gaming
@@Alchemytweaks Thank you very much.
How to disable system responsiveness delete the registry value?
@@twixgaming2003 bruh

Nice video bruv!
It's way better and more easier for us and for viewers.
i see you
wdym by disabled?
is it MMCSS disabled or system responsiveness set to 0 or what?
I was very cleared , read the pinned comment again an watch the video
Fact: Systemresponsiveness value set to 0 is treaten as hexadecimal 10 so you still have it as 10%.
In every case I personally use it
Same, @@Alchemytweaks
What is ur source , claiming such a thing? So what value to set in order to get lowest latency or inputlag??
@@Alchemytweaks Update: I heard a small audio crackle while playing ETS2 - it persists after a while. As with the systemresponsiveness being at 10%, I decided to go back to default value of (20). Don't want audio crackle while driving lol
So what is the best because in google I found the best value is 0 or 1 so you say the best value is 100 Decimal what is the best value for less delay?
0
His recommendation is 100 decimal for Professionals and 0 decimal for Gamers
14 is good
My settings:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
NetworkThrottlingIndex=ffffffff
SystemResponsiveness=0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MMCSS
start=4
The settings from the video:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
SystemResponsiveness=100(dec)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MMCSS
start=2
from video i show 2 cases , 100decimal and 0 to disable for gaming
i also show 2 options :D @@Alchemytweaks

TCP Optimizer - System resp. Default: 20. Network Throttling Default :10 . Best - Both 10. But THE BEST - Disable MMCSS.
Very interesting information but as i said without MMCSS both mechanisms doesn't work properly or even doesn't work at all
Hmmmm thats interesting i have this settings like this for at least 20 years: System resp=0 Network Throttling=fffffff MMCSS=4

Idk i put system resposive registry editor to the value of 10 and it way faster in mw3
I guess different values works differently user by user
@ALCHEMYTWEAKS I put it back to the default tbh idk what would be the best is it 1?
maybe , test and see
Here before tyt?
how really authentic is it to be fair?
I present data , the final conclusion is yours if you should use it.

So.. you recommend, for gaming, disabling systemresponsiveness by setting it to 0 decimal?
or is the default value of 20 decimal better?
Yes I recommend for gaming to disable it

The 'NetworkThrottlingIndex' only
bro how do i disable system responsiveness is the a number i need to put in or do i just delete the d word ?
set the value to 0
