I remember the apartments like 20 years ago. They were fenced off and also they were really nice. Handouts to many families that could have hustler themselves their own home but was playing with each other's families sexually. Nothing but diddler mentality.

That's looks like a college campus. Go to the Koger at 10th and Linwood They got the Kool aide packets locked up by the cigarettes. I lived New York and Bancroft. They got police camera now on the corner. Maybe a mile from the Outlaws motorcycle club. People under the five point star and the six battling for blocks that they don't even own.The biggest gang on the eastside was the police. The Fternal Order of police "a.k.a. the Police Union" was on Washington st. by a laundromat. There would be all kinds of prostitutes around there. The chubby prostitutes was normally under cover cops. The others where real. People rolling around on bicycles doing hand offs for rocks. Boyz in the hood was a life style not just a movie. I got out before I got killed.
