I can hit every muscle group consistently except abs and legs. I want to train them as well can someone give me some guidance on how to focus on training them and not procrastinate on those days.
You have to kill procrastination quickly, if you’re not training legs you’re missing out on some serious gains, when you work your legs your whole body gets a boost of testosterone and plus the legs are the foundation of your physique
I love the term delayed gratification, this is my first time hearing it. Wasted years of my life chasing instant gratification and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. Stay committed guys 💪

I do weighted push ups about once a week but I push it to almost failure when doing it

How many hours do you workout everyday bro? Also as a beginner, how many hours should I workout everyday. Currently I am working out 5 days a week Monday to Friday 15 - 25 min each day. Is it good or do I need to increase my workout time.

@ well you’re not gonna see noticeable results for another 2-3 months so I would suggest keep doing what you’re doing, I don’t know you’re exact workout plan is so I can’t give specific advice unfortunately

Yeah the wrist straps definitely help, I still do wrist strengthening exercises as well, good investment regardless when you’re experiencing some weakness in the joints but wouldn’t become reliant on them

Hey bro, when I do leg raises at a certain point my thighs start to hurt like hell and also my upper thighs restrict my movement my core doesn't give up but my legs start to do. Why is this happening? And how can I fix it ?
You may have tight or weak hip flexors, you probably need to stretch/strengthen them
